Visualize white Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:om,汉语字面意思:圆满) at the head, red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:生起) at the throat, and blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:摧破) at the heart. Consider these three as the essence of the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas, and recite: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Then, in your own heart, visualize Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ) on top of a moon disc. From that Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ), light radiates, pervading all realms of the world, so that all outer vessels become celestial mansions, and all inner sentient beings become Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara. The rays of light gather back and dissolve into the Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ). From the Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ), light radiates, inviting all the victorious ones and their bodhisattva sons of the ten directions in the form of Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, and they dissolve into me, so that I meditate on myself as the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, the embodiment of all yidams. Again, from the Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ), light radiates. In the sky in front, invite the guru Buddha Amitābha, red in color, with hands in the gesture of meditation. He pours empowerment from the crown of my head with a vase filled with the nectar of wisdom, purifying all obscurations, and filling my body with the nectar of wisdom. The remaining water flows upwards, and I meditate on Amitābha as my crown ornament. Then, I think that all the root gurus and the guru who gave the empowerment also dissolve into Amitābha at the crown of my head. In this way, all the outer world is a celestial mansion, all the inner sentient beings are Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, I myself am the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, the essence of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and at the crown of my head, I meditate on Amitābha, the essence of all gurus. I prostrate to the Bodhisattva Jewel Lamp! Recite: Oṃ Ruci Ramani Pravartaya Hūṃ Phaṭ. It is said that reciting this seven times on the mala and counting the beads will be equivalent to reciting countless billions of the essence of all Buddhas, so practice this great transformation. Then, recite within the three aspects of carrying: the appearance is the carrying of the body, thinking that all appearances are Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara; the sound is the carrying of speech, thinking that all sounds are the sound of the six syllables; the memory is the carrying of the mind, knowing that all thoughts and movements of awareness are the wisdom of the deity. When you recite the mani, meditate that all that was clarified before is being recited together, and focus on the mani mantra surrounding the Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ) at the heart, reciting without distraction: Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ. Hold onto mindfulness in all activities of walking, standing, and lying down, and recite diligently and continuously. Afterwards, dedicate the root of virtue and conclude with aspiration prayers. Visualize white Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:om,汉语字面意思:圆满) at the head, Red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:生起) at the throat, Blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:摧破) at the heart. Consider these three, As the essence of the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas. Recite: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. In your own heart, On top of a moon disc, Visualize Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ). Its light radiates, Pervading the world, Outer vessels become celestial mansions, Inner beings transform into Avalokiteśvara. The light gathers back, Dissolving into Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ). Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ) radiates light, Inviting the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, Transforming into Avalokiteśvara, Dissolving into oneself, Oneself becoming the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, The embodiment of all yidams. Again, from Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ) light radiates, In the space in front, The Guru Amitābha appears, Red in color, in meditation mudra. With a vase of wisdom nectar, Pouring from the crown, Purifying all obscurations, Filling the body with nectar. The remaining water flows upwards, Transforming into a crown ornament. Visualize the root guru, The empowerment guru, Dissolving into Amitābha on the crown. Thus visualize, Outer world as celestial mansion, Inner beings as Avalokiteśvara, Oneself as the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, The embodiment of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. On the crown, visualize, Amitābha, the embodiment of all gurus. To the Bodhisattva Jewel Lamp, I offer prostrations! Oṃ Ruci Ramani Pravartaya Hūṃ Phaṭ. By holding this mantra, And turning the mala, Seven times, It is equivalent to reciting, Countless billions of Buddha heart mantras, Therefore, practice this supreme method. Recite with the three carryings: The appearance is the carrying of the body, Seeing all as Avalokiteśvara; The sound is the carrying of speech, Hearing all as the six-syllable sound; The awareness is the carrying of the mind, Thoughts are the play of emptiness wisdom. When reciting the mani, Visualize all that was visualized before, Reciting together, Focusing on the Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ) at the heart, The mani syllables turning, Reciting without distraction: Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ. Walking, standing, sitting, lying down, All with mindfulness, Without interruption, Recite diligently. Finally, Conclude with dedication and aspiration. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cultivate compassion in all places, and benefit all sentient beings. When making Tsa Tsas (small clay Buddha images), put jewels and medicine into the clay, and visualize the clay as a pile of jewels. Recite 'Om Mani Padme Hum' (藏文:ༀ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ओ मणि पद्मे हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ,Jewel in the lotus). When making the small clay image, visualize it as the Dharmakaya; when putting it into the mold, visualize it as the Sambhogakaya; when taking it out, visualize the outside as a stupa, and the inside as the Great Compassionate One (Avalokiteśvara). May this merit cause all sentient beings, especially my parents, to quickly attain Buddhahood. May I be born in the pure land of the Great Compassionate One.
