English
May I quickly attain unsurpassed Bodhi! May sentient beings, tormented by suffering, be liberated from the ocean of samsara! After reciting this three times, recite: 'Om Amogha Shila, Sambhara Sambhara, Bhara, Bhara, Maha Shuddha Sattva, Padma Bibhushita Bhuja, Dhara, Dhara, Samanta, Avalokite Hum Phat Svaha.' And 'Om Hrih Trailokya Vijaya, Amogha Pasha Apratihata Hrih Ha Ha Hum Phat Svaha.' Recite this twenty-one times. May the continuum of all sentient beings be completely filled with the aggregate of discipline! May it be completely filled with the aggregate of Samadhi! May it be completely filled with the aggregate of wisdom! May it be completely filled with the aggregate of liberation! May it be completely filled with the aggregate of the wisdom vision of liberation! With flawless discipline, possessing pure discipline, with discipline free from arrogance, may the Paramita of discipline be perfected! With flawless discipline, possessing pure discipline, with discipline free from arrogance, may the Paramita of discipline be perfected! All sentient beings, headed by my parents, as infinite as space, take refuge in the glorious and holy Lama! I take refuge in the Buddha! I take refuge in the Dharma! I take refuge in the Sangha! I take refuge in the assembly of deities of the noble Avalokiteshvara! I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and the supreme of the noble ones, until I attain enlightenment. By the merit of my giving and other virtuous deeds, may I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings! May all sentient beings have happiness! May they be free from suffering! May they never be separated from the happiness that is without suffering! May they abide in equanimity, free from attachment, hatred, and indifference! Meditate that all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are empty and without self-nature. From emptiness, from པྂ་（Tibetan, Devanagari, paṃ, lotus）arises a lotus, and from ཨཱཿ（Tibetan, Devanagari, āḥ, ah）arises a moon disc, upon which visualize your own mind as a white ཧྲཱིཿ（Tibetan, Devanagari, hrīḥ, hrih）with a dot and a long vowel. From this, radiate light, offering to the noble ones and benefiting sentient beings. The light dissolves into the ཧྲཱིཿ（Tibetan, Devanagari, hrīḥ, hrih）, and you yourself become Lord Great Compassionate One, with a white body, one face, and four arms. The first two hands are joined in prayer at the heart, the right hand holds a crystal rosary, and the left hand holds a white lotus. The hair is piled high, adorned with a deerskin, possessing the crown ornaments of the five Buddha families, wearing jewel ornaments and various silk skirts. Seated on a lotus and moon seat in the vajra posture. Meditate as a wisdom body, pure and clear.
