ད་པ། །སྐབས་འགར་ས་ཕྱོགས་དེ་ཡི་རྒྱན་གྱུར་སྙམ། །ལྗོན་ཤིང་འདབ་མ་རྒྱས་པའི་རླུང་ཡབ་ཀྱིས། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཚ་གདུང་སྐྱོབ་པའི་གྲིབ་བསིལ་སྦྱིན། །རྩ་སྔོན་ཆེད་དུ་ བཀྲམ་འདྲའི་སྤང་གཤོང་དང་། །འཇམ་ཤིང་མཐའ་གྲུ་ཡངས་པའི་རྡོ་ལེབ་བཀྲམ། །ཧ་ཅང་དྲང་པོ་མིན་པའི་འབབ་ཆུའི་རྒྱུན། །མི་རྟག་འཆི་བ་དྲན་པའི་བརྡ་སྟོན་དུ། །ཤུགས་དྲག་ཡུད་ཡུད་འགྲོ་བའི་རླབས་འཕྲེང་ གཡོ། །བག་ཕེབས་དལ་འགྲོའི་རི་དྭགས་ཕོ་མོ་རྣམས། །ལས་ཀྱི་འབྲས་བུ་ཆེད་དུ་སྟོན་པའི་སླད། །ཟ་ཉལ་རྩེ་བ་འབའ་ཞིག་ལྷུར་ལེན་ཅིང་། །རེས་འགར་ཤུགས་རིང་འཁུན་བུ་དལ་གྱིས་འབྱིན། །ལེ་ཚན་གཅིག་ རྫོགས་སོ།།

有时我觉得，那地方真是美妙的装饰。 茂盛的树木枝叶，在微风的吹拂下， 为瑜伽行者遮挡阳光，带来清凉的阴影。 绿草如茵，仿佛特意铺展开来， 平坦宽阔的石板，铺设得四四方方。 不太笔直的流水， 仿佛在提醒人们无常和死亡， 湍急的水流，波浪翻滚。 悠闲漫步的雌雄鹿， 为了特意展示业果， 只顾吃喝玩乐， 有时还会发出悠长的叹息。 第一节 结束。
