Pure from hatred, in the wisdom of Dharmadhatu, destroying the six realms' afflictions and hatred, To Krorgyal Tamdrin (Wrathful King, Lord of Hayagriva) I prostrate! Please accept these outer, inner, and secret offerings, and grant the amazing play of accomplishments. From the mandala of the four joys and great bliss, The mother who generates all Buddhas of the three times, the play of wisdom and skillful means in the union of bliss and emptiness. The wrathful form inseparable from Dharmadhatu and wisdom, the one who destroys the poisons of lineage and afflictions, To the wrathful mother, the sovereign of dance, I prostrate! Please accept these outer, inner, and secret offerings, and grant the amazing play of accomplishments. Thus praised. Then, blowing with wind breath, pulling the lower wind upwards, Visualize from your navel, a red and clear light like a lamp stand, arising as a red flash of bliss nature, filling the entire body with fire. All sins, obscurations, and habitual tendencies are purified in that very instant. The red light extends about four fingers outward from the two ear canals, focus on it, and hold your breath as much as possible. When you can't hold it anymore, inhale, and the light becomes even brighter than before, pervading the entire body, like lighting a lamp in a dark cave. Visualize yourself as the deity's father and mother in union, the black and white of the eyes distinct, clearly residing in the center of the fire. Like an image in a mirror, a vision in a dream, or the moon in water, appearing but without inherent existence, focus on it. Hold your breath as much as possible, and leave the mind without grasping. By meditating in this way again and again, a special samadhi will arise in your being. In detail, see the scrolls of deity guidance and mind-holding, and the scrolls of generation and completion stages in union. To enhance this, see the scrolls of transforming the five poisons into the path, and the scrolls of tummo heat, etc., adorned with the oral instructions of the holy lama, and then you will realize it. For those who wish to recite mantras, visualize in your heart a red eight-petaled lotus flower opening upwards, in the center of the pistil is (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Hrih), on the petals, starting from the front, visualize the mantra garland circling clockwise, the color is red-black, the letters standing upright. Visualize from these, Rays of mixed white and red light, like the rays of the sun or intertwined golden threads, spreading densely, filling the inside of the body, all diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and habitual tendencies are purified in an instant. The root lineage gurus, and the deities of the mandala of peaceful and wrathful Yidam, including the eight great orders of accomplished ones. Together with the heroes, yoginis, oath-bound protectors, and so on, offering the outer offerings such as the five desirable objects, the inner offerings such as medicine, alcohol, and torma, the secret offerings such as union and liberation, and the suchness offering of recognizing the natural state of reality, free from the object and subject of offering, make offerings and urge the continuity of the commitment. Light radiates to all sentient beings, purifying the sins and obscurations of the three doors. In particular, for those who lead enemies and obstacles astray, they are subdued at the moment the light shines upon them. All are placed in the state of glorious Hayagriva. The light gathers back, the essence of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all the Thus-Gone Ones (Sanskrit: Tathāgata), the five-colored light is inconceivable, like a great hailstorm falling into the ocean, it dissolves into oneself. Think that you have obtained all the accomplishments of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Then recite: hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih) I am the wrathful king, the glorious horse! On the eight-petaled lotus in the heart, in the stamen is the essence hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih). The eight petals are surrounded by mantras. Light radiates and dissolves into the Sugatas. Offer the outer, inner, and secret offerings. Pray for the accomplishment of body, speech, and mind. Purify the sins and obscurations of sentient beings' three doors. The yogi dissolves into body, speech, and mind. Through the above visualization, with undistracted concentration, recite: hrīḥ vajra krodha haya grīva hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः वज्र क्रोध हय ग्रीव हुलु हुलु हुं फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ vajra krodha haya grīva hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ, Literal meaning: Hrih! Vajra Wrath! Horse Neck! Hulu! Hulu! Hum! Phat!) And visualize the 'ma' syllable (Tibetan: མ་, Devanagari: मा, Romanized Sanskrit: mā, Literal meaning: Ma) in the center of the lotus in the heart of the consort, with the petals surrounded by mantras, perform the radiation and gathering of light as before.
