་མ་མི་རོ་དམར་སེར་མགོ་གཡས་སུ་བསྟན་པའི་སྟེང་དུ་ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡན་ལག་བཞི་རྫོགས་སུ་བསྐྱེད་ལ། བདག་ཉིད་ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོར་ཐུགས་ཀར་འཁོར་ལོ་སྔོན་པོ་རྩིབས་བརྒྱད་པའི་སྟེང་དུ་གྲི་གུག་གི་ལྟེ་བར་ཧཱུཾ་ཡིག་ནག་པོ་དེའི་མཐར་ལྷ་མོའི་སྙིང་པོ། དེའི་མཐའ་སྐོར་དུ་ལས་མཁན་ཕོ་མོའི་སྔགས་དེའི་ཕྱི་རོལ་ཏུ་མགོན་པོ་སྙིང་པོ་དང་རྩ་སྔགས། དེའི་ཕྱི་རོལ་ཏུ་ཡི་དམ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་བསྐོར་བར་བསམ་ལ། བདག་ཉིད་ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོར་གསལ་བའི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཧཱུཾ་ལས་སྔགས་ ཀྱི་སྤྲོས་བསྡུས་བྱ་ཚུལ་ཡང་དེའི་རིགས་འགྲེའོ། །ལྷ་མོ་ལ་མགོན་པོའི་ཕྱེད་དེ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་གཅིག །ལས་མགོན་ལ་ཡང་ཕྱེད་དེ་ལྔ་སོགས་གྲངས་དེའི་རིགས་འགྲེ་དགོས་ལ། མདོར་ན་མགོན་པོའི་སྙིང་པོ་འབུམ་ཕྲག་བཅུ་དྲུག །ལྷ་མོའི་བསྙེན་སྔགས་སུ་འབུམ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད། ལས་མགོན་ལ་ཡང་འབུམ་ཕྲག་བཞི་སྟེ། དེའི་མགོན་པོ་ལྕམ་དྲལ་འཁོར་བཅས་ཀྱི་བདག་དང་ལྷ་ཉེ་བའི་བསྙེན་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པའོ། །ཤ་ས་ནས་བསྙེན་པ་འབུམ་ཕྲག་བཞི། རྡོ་རྗེ་བྲག་རྫོང་མ་ལ་བརྟེན་པར་བླ་མ་གོང་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལེགས་པར་བཤད་པའི་དགོངས་དོན་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན། དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་དམ་པ་ཁྱབ་བདག་སྒྲོལ་བའི་མགོན་པོ་ཀུན་དགའ་སྙིང་པོའི་གསུངས་ལས་བྱུང་བ་རྣམས་ལས་མདོར་བསྡུས་ཏེ་ཤཱཀྱའི་དགེ་སློང་ཀུན་དགའ་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྒྱ་མཚོས་དོན་གཉེར་འགའ་རེས་བསྐུལ་བའི་ངོར་སྦྱར་བའོ།། །།སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་གུར་གྱི་མགོན་པོ་ལྕམ་དྲལ་འཁོར་བཅས་ཀྱི་བསྙེན་ཐབས།

在红色和黄色的人尸之上，头朝右边，观想圆满的四臂大黑天。自身观想为大黑天，在心间蓝色八辐轮的中央，弯刀的中心是黑色的吽字（ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），吽字周围是明妃的心咒。其外围是业使男女本尊的咒语，再外围是怙主心咒和根本咒。再外围是本尊咒语的环绕。观想自身显现为大黑天，从心间的吽字中生起咒语的开展和收摄之法，也应如是类推。对于明妃，是怙主的一半，即一千。对于业使怙主，也是一半，即五百等，应如是类推计数。总而言之，怙主的心咒是十六万。明妃的念诵咒语是八万。业使怙主也是四万。这是怙主兄妹及其眷属的自生和接近本尊的念诵圆满之法。从夏萨念诵四万。依据多吉扎宗（རྡོ་རྗེ་བྲག་རྫོང་，多吉扎寺）的传承，如历代上师所善说的意旨。由具德上师至尊遍主度母怙主贡噶宁波的教言中简略而出，由释迦比丘贡噶益西嘉措应一些求法者的请求而著。吉祥圆满！吉祥金刚大黑天帐篷怙主兄妹及其眷属的修持方法。

Upon a red and yellow human corpse with its head pointing to the right, visualize the complete four-armed Mahakala. Visualize yourself as Mahakala, and in the center of the blue eight-spoked wheel at your heart, at the center of the hooked knife, is the black Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，literal meaning: Hūṃ). Around the Hūṃ is the heart mantra of the consort. Surrounding that are the mantras of the male and female messengers, and outside of that are the heart mantra and root mantra of the Protector. Outside of that is a circle of the yidam's mantra. Visualize yourself as being clear as Mahakala, and the method of expanding and contracting the mantra from the Hūṃ at your heart should also be inferred in the same way. For the consort, it is half of the Protector, which is one thousand. For the messenger Protector, it is also half, which is five hundred, and so on; the numbers should be inferred in this way. In short, the heart mantra of the Protector is one hundred and sixty thousand. The recitation mantra of the consort is eighty thousand. The messenger Protector is also forty thousand. This is the complete method of self-generation and approaching the deity of the Protector, brother and sister, and their retinue. Recite forty thousand from Shasa.
