Within the lotus, the right, left, above, and below are stirred with the vajra, causing the channels to function. The consort also contracts the lower wind and suppresses the upper wind, causing the channels to be stored in the middle. If you want to generate bindu, spread your buttocks and look upwards. The wisdom mother tightens the waist, sends the wind into the secret place, grasps it completely, and then straightens up. Again, without letting the bliss disappear, move and lower it. The bliss contracts, and if you cannot open your buttocks, separate them with your hands. This is the Ganga Dhara tradition. It is mostly similar to this, but the eyes look upwards and the hands are placed on the knees. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) oneself, in the end, practices the drawing of Hīk (Tibetan: ཧིག, Devanagari: हिक्, Romanized Sanskrit: hik, Literal meaning: Hīk) for a long time, causing the soft lotus stem to enter the vajra path slightly, and finally release it together at the root of the channel. Then learn to guide it. Then learn to press forward, open the buttocks, and take it out with a smile. Then enter the main practice. Holding is the latch of the mind, that is, the third wheel, which is only pressed with the heel. This is the Samantabhadri tradition. Then, for everything, also lower it with the pace of a turtle. With the individual instructions, in the state of combining with the mudra, do whatever grasping and dispelling can be accomplished. Then, do those five guidances and nine distributions as appropriate. For everything, do as many lion postures as possible, and perform dispelling and pervading. Then, meditate on as many vase breaths as possible, and mix with the wind. Sending it into great wisdom is like the hidden meaning of the illusory body. In general, the completion stage of the Mother Tantra, the secret path of the three kinds of dakinis, has been explained. This book only has old texts, without any admixture of later new writings. The later writings, namely the so-called twentieth and twenty-first wheels, although there are two, are all stolen from elsewhere and have no basis. Those later ones who say that this is also Niguma's secret teaching are very wrong. This book has six kinds of old fonts. ཨྠིྀ། (Tibetan: ཨྠིྀ།, Devanagari: अथृ, Romanized Sanskrit: athri, Literal meaning: ཨྠིྀ།) Thinking that this is useful for the practice of the Iron Mouse Dharma Lord, the Vidyadhara Khachod Wangpo, Tarānatha said so. Collected the instructions of the three kinds of dakinis, making it easy to practice.
