Place the wheel (Dharmachakra) in the hand. Jealousy, accomplishment, Karma. After reciting thus, grant the subsequent permission of activity. Then place the torma in the hand and give fierce instructions. If that disciple is to practice, then also give the recitation transmission, as usual. The subsequent actions of the disciple, and the subsequent ritual of the preliminary generation, are usually explained by reasoning. The profound teachings of Manjushri, the ultimate of all arrogant ones. By propagating this excellent and auspicious sadhana, may the essential teachings flourish.
