Furthermore, the offerings are, The essence of a hundred grains and sugar, Ambrosia medicine mixed with a hundred herbs, To slay both enemies and obstacles, Arranging a great torma of heart, flesh, and bones. Likewise, A stream of life-sustaining blood, Filling the bandha willow with blood, This unsurpassed offering, I offer to the Protector and his retinue. Please accept it with joy. In addition to that, there are offerings of, Silk banners, parasols, Raw meat, meat sauce, strings of hearts hanging, Various skeletons piled up like mountains, The scent of flesh and blood never ceasing. This offering of various ornaments, I offer to the Protector and his retinue. Having accepted it by the power of the oath, May the entrusted activities of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful action be accomplished. Then the praise: Hūṃ! The retinue is fierce and cruel, The Black One subdues those who pass the time, Gods, demons, and powerful mothers, Killing without compassion, All the oath-bound ones of the world that has not passed away, Please accept these various tormas, Without transgressing the wrathful and fierce command, Accomplish these various activities without hindrance. May the offering bring joy and delight to your heart. Mara, heart-eating, great powerful one. Your form is terrifying, blackish-red in color. In your hand, you hold a poisonous dagger. You cut the life force of those who destroy the teachings. You are a mother who feeds on flesh and blood. Please accept this sacred food offering. Please accomplish the entrusted tasks. Glorious Protector and all your retinue, outer, inner, and secret offering clouds, blessed by samadhi, mantra, and mudra, please accept this offering cake. May the Buddha's teachings flourish, may the power of the Three Jewels greatly increase, may the lives of the upholders of the teachings be firmly established, and may virtuous activities increase. In particular, may the sickness, evil influences, enemies, and obstacles of us and our retinue be pacified, may our lifespan and merit greatly increase, and may our hearing, contemplation, and practice increase. Afterwards, the hundred-syllable mantra, confession, invitation for the torma guests to depart, and aspirations for auspiciousness are all the same as usual. If you wish to give this initiation, arrange a mandala with five heaps, and behind it, on a table, a torma decorated with wealth symbols, delicious food, and nine excellent things. To the right of the mandala, place a statue; to the left, a skull cup with samaya substances. In front, arrange curved knives. In front of these, arrange offerings, and in front of that, set out the torma. From the self-generation onwards, up to the recitation of the front generation, proceed as described above. Take the stages of the initiation, visualizing them as entering yourself. The students are seated in rows. Give a Dharma talk. With prostrations and a mandala preceding, request the guru to pay attention. Please grant me the complete initiation of the body, speech, and mind of the Great Black One. Thus, make the request three times. Generate bodhicitta by reciting the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha three times. Take the vows with the constant confession that arises from the Gur.
