Vaṃ. Writing the form, mantra, and method of accomplishment of the King of Light, the Stacked Mountain Peak. Having bathed at dawn and facing east, in the sky in front, the Thus-Gone One, Shakyamuni, golden in color, sits in the lotus posture at the root of the Bodhi tree. The left hand holds the hem of the Dharma robe at the navel, and the right hand grants refuge. Offer with argham, etc. Praise with "The supreme mark, the stainless moon-like face," etc. By placing the hand on the crown of the head, think that you are being granted the accomplishment of immortal life. Namo Bhagavate. Recite this one hundred and eight times. Dissolving into light and absorbing into oneself, one also becomes a Thupa. Recite a short mantra once. Purify into emptiness and dedicate the merit. If you specifically wish to accomplish longevity, recite day and night as much as possible. Keep it secret from others as a samaya. There is also a tradition where recitation alone is sufficient, but according to the subsequent permission, the method of accomplishment is like one hundred and eight. Although little known to the wise and foolish alike, it is a source of joy because it is very profound. If hidden and practiced from the heart, life will become supremely long. From the six deities of Vajrasana's heart practice, this is the chapter on the method of accomplishing the Thupa Merushirsha for long life. May it flourish and increase! Supreme accomplishment of longevity. Om Svasti. Having greatly praised the protector of the world, in order to pacify disease and suffering, and to avert bad dreams, I shall explain the supreme accomplishment of longevity. Preceded by taking refuge, generating bodhicitta, and meditating on emptiness, in front of oneself, in an instant, appears Avalokiteshvara, white in color, wearing blue garments, the right hand granting refuge and the left holding a white lotus, with the appearance of a celibate, possessing a topknot of matted hair, and with a rosary of mantras clear on the moon at his heart. With great devotion and longing, say (藏文)ཨོཾ་ཨ་རོ་ལིཀ ། (梵文天城体)ओम् अरोलिक (梵文羅馬擬音)om arolik (汉语字面意思)Om Aro Lik once. Then recite Aro Lik one hundred and eight times. In this way, beginning with a mantra that starts with Om, recite the others one hundred times each as much as possible. Finally, strongly pray to purify one's sins and obscurations and to pacify obstacles, dissolving into light and absorbing into oneself. Purifying the body of karmic ripening, it becomes the nature of light.

Also became the deity's body. Also practice without any object of focus, and rest in a slightly equal state. Dedicate the merit. In dreams, monks wearing blue robes appear and prophesy. From within emptiness, on a lotus and moon, from which one's own mind is completely transformed, one's self becomes the Buddha's Eye Mother, with a white-colored body, the right hand holding a wheel marked with an eyeball, and the left hand holding a white lotus, possessing white ornaments and garments.
