Maitri Khasyod's Sadhana. Maitri Khasyod's Sadhana. Maitri Khasyod's Sadhana. Namo Vidyadhara Vikili Vajra Yogini Mandalayabhya. From the navel chakra arises a garland of lightning. Like the rabbit-holder (moon) it melts, filling with bliss. May the light of mind be increased by this, protected by the inner Vajra Yogini. Desiring to practice Vajravarahi, who is called the Wisdom Dakini Tsenma, face west and arrange the inner offering in front. If it is a common practice, it is sufficient to offer the torma mentally except for the last session. When doing the last session or only one session, it is important for beginners to actually arrange the torma at this time. In any case, at the end of the recitation, it is necessary to perform a torma offering. With refuge and bodhicitta as the preliminary, one instantly transforms into Vajra Yogini. The left index finger is used to draw a triangular dharmodaya shape on the inner offering, Om Ah Hum. In the center, Vam transforms into an ocean of nectar. With the right index finger, sprinkle nectar on the palm of the left hand and the tips of the thumb, etc., Om Vam. Ham Yom. Hrim Mom. Hrim Hrim. Hum Hum. Phat Phat. The hands are joined together and all the letters dissolve into light in their respective places. Om Ah Hum, thus tasting the nectar. Om Ah Hum, thus making dots in the three places. Then, purifying into emptiness is either gathering or dissolving in sequence. As for beginners, the thirty-six elements of one's own body, the five senses of eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body, the five actions of speech, legs, hands, and excretion, although their nature is pure, all sentient beings of the six realms other than these, the wheel of cyclic existence of karma, afflictions, and suffering, must be led to enlightenment. From the Vam in the heart, rays of light emanate. The outer and inner worlds of the three realms dissolve into light and merge into one's own body. One's own two feet merge into the two thighs, then into the abdomen, then into the waist, then into the heart. The two hands merge into the arms, then into the heart, then into the throat, then into the head, then into the mind. The mind itself also merges into space. Space also merges into the clear light of its own nature. From the state of emptiness, in an instant, arise or, the dharmodaya of space.

From the syllable vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: वं) residing on the lotus and sun disc in the navel, one transforms into the glorious Bhagavati Vajravarahi, the Vidyadhara Tsenma's form, with a complexion as red as a hibiscus flower. She has one face and two arms, bared fangs, and a wrathful expression on her face turned upwards. Her three red, round eyes gaze upwards. Her black hair is unbound and flows downwards. Her left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar, encircling it from the armpit of her left leg and raising it upwards, with nectar dripping from her mouth. Her right hand holds a five-pronged vajra, pointing towards the heel of her right foot. Her right leg is slightly extended in a flying posture. She holds a garland of dragon tree flowers in her left hand. She is naked, without ornaments, and resides amidst a blazing fire of wisdom. On a moon seat in each of the places, from the red oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: वं) Vajravarahi in the navel, to the essence of Caṇḍālī, one dons armor. From the natural abode, all the deities of Vajravarahi, phem (Tibetan: ཕཻཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फें, Sanskrit Romanization: pheṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 呸). Jaḥ (Tibetan: ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज, Sanskrit Romanization: jaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 扎) hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: वं) hoḥ (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: hoḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 霍). Light radiates from the vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: वं) in the heart. Invite the five families of empowerment deities into the sky in front. Recite "Oṃ Abhiṣiñcatu Māṃ Sarvatathāgata," and upon requesting, the empowerment deities recite "Just as we were born, Śrīye Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: श्रीयेहुं, Sanskrit Romanization: śrīye huṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吉祥耶吽)," and bestow empowerment with vase water. The body is filled, impurities are cleansed, and the remaining water rises upwards, forming Akshobhya as a head ornament. Offer with argham to shapta. Praise with two shlokas, such as "Glorious Vajra Dakini." If simplified, in the usual practice, even without the blessing of the hands, it is acceptable. Meditate on the head ornament as naturally formed. It is also acceptable to omit offerings and praise. The completion stage is: In the six-pointed dharma source in the navel, visualize the vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: वं) syllable mantra garland on the moon, with four joy swirls in the four corners. Visualize it rotating violently counterclockwise. Alternatively, it is acceptable to visualize only a single joy swirl at the eyebrow center, and only the dharma source rotating at the secret place. By controlling the breath, praise the arising of warmth, non-conceptuality, and bliss in sequence. Then, wandering in the realm of experience, flying in the sky with the expansion and contraction of many dakinis, proceed to Malaya Mountain, and Mandarava on the summit of Glorious Mountain, etc.
