All Buddhas of the three times, born from impartial great compassion, for the sake of accomplishing activities and attainments, please grant this permission. Thus, pray three times with repetition. The first two sentences are the same, from the profound meaning of skillful activities, do you believe in this great secret? The master asks this. Change that sentence to "I believe in this great secret," and have him repeat it. Then recite in accordance with the common way of recitation transmission. "Bhagavan, I have taken hold of," etc., are also the same as the common ones. It is the speech empowerment. The mind empowerment is, placing the torma on the head. The wrathful king of desire, the dakinis of the thirty-two places, each main one surrounded by a retinue of hundreds of thousands. Accompanied by the great sound of mantras and musical instruments, they come with a roar. May the king of desire reside on the crown of your heads. Visualize the retinue filling the entire sky in the upper, lower, and intermediate directions. To them, the master commands, and they accomplish all your wishes without hindrance, such as the four activities. Then, accompanied by the sound of large musical instruments, all the Buddhas of the three times, with peaceful great activities, pacify diseases and harms, increase life and merit, subdue those to be tamed, and slay those who harm the teachings. All the Buddhas of the three times, the wrathful one blessed by, the one who performs the work of the empowerment messenger, the wrathful king of desire, accomplish this deed. 应当修持此殊胜之法。如是诵念，并供养香。应当精勤于此修法，对非法器保密，只传给少数具缘者。如是教诫。之后，如主尊仪轨等，献曼扎，从今起等。做会供。再次，供养与事业相应的供品，增补供品，做供赞，猛烈祈请。用百字明补足剩余和缺失等，如前行仪轨。空行母众的教言，出自怀摄极喜小续，以及诀窍海之心髓，汇集少许所需之实修。出自《红法三篇》中，欲王修法之撷取。吉祥欲王修法。
