From the heart of the master and White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, the body of White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, as large as Mount Meru, as small as a mustard seed, even smaller than a dust particle, inconceivable, like a blizzard of snowflakes, dissolves into your bodies, inseparable, please believe. For the purpose of recitation, the vow transmission is: From this time onwards, until enlightenment is attained, regarding the noble Jetsunma White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel as the yidam deity, reciting her dharani mantra daily without interruption, as much as is appropriate to your mind, please repeat after me. May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions and the master be mindful of me. I, (name), from this time onwards, until I reach the essence of enlightenment, will regard Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel as the yidam deity.

Having offered in this way, the flowers themselves are blessed as a garland of mantras. By scattering them from the crown of your heads, they enter through the door of the crown of the head and dissolve into the garland of mantras in your heart. Believe that you have been blessed. Scatter flowers on the crown of your head, saying: "May the Bhagavan grant it to this one! Please guide this one!" Three times, scattering flowers on the heart, saying: "Please grant the accomplishment of the mantra! Please make the vows firm!" May all the power of the profound speech-wisdom mantra of the noble Tara, the venerable mother, enter without hindrance into the minds of these Vajra disciples. Thus, the speech empowerment is obtained. Again, light radiates from the heart of the teacher. Arouse the mind-stream of the visualized deity. Light radiates from the heart. All the wisdom of the minds of all the Buddhas, inseparable from each other, is invited in the form of a white lotus held in the hand, radiating immaculate light. It dissolves into the heart of the visualized deity. Generate devotion and longing for the visualized deity. That very deity comes to the crown of your head. Transforming into a mass of light, it enters from the crown of the head and dissolves into the heart. In that state, abandon all the elaborations of conceptual thought of the mind of the three times. Rest slightly in equanimity. Saying this, have them meditate slightly in non-conceptualization. Thus, the mind empowerment is obtained. At that time, thinking of protecting the vows and commitments obtained, repeat after me: "As the chief has commanded, all those things I will do." Three times. To express gratitude for the kindness, say, "Please offer a mandala." The students also offer a mandala. Offer your own body, possessions, and all the virtuous things of the three times to the deity and the Guru.
