Collection of Samaya Substances. May the ten directions of the universe be completely filled, and since the supreme deity is always worshiped by you, may you grant all accomplishments as they are. Especially, those who harm the glorious lama, the wicked ones who harm the teachings, and the enemies who hate the yogi like me, may you make them disappear without even a speck of dust. At all times, for us and our retinue, may all obstacles of unfavorable conditions be pacified by the glorious protector and retinue, and may you accomplish the activities to fulfill our wishes in accordance with Dharma. In short, that is enough. If you prefer elaboration, there are many old praises composed by the former lamas, so you should praise from those as appropriate. Then, the confession: After reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra many times, Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), root lineage lamas, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Yidam deities, especially the protector and retinue, please listen and consider without exception. We are ignorant and careless, completely dominated by laziness, and with inherent faults and transgressions, we confess with a remorseful heart. Having entered the gate of the unsurpassed vehicle, whatever vows have been violated within the vows of the vidyadharas, we confess with an unhidden heart. Whatever slander we have committed against the lama, vajra master, with body, speech, and mind, with a heart of grief and intense regret, we now confess before you without concealment. Since you, the protector, have entered firmly, in the yoga of offerings and tormas, whatever has been defiled by deterioration and impurity, we confess to the great glorious protector, the keeper of vows. All external, internal, and secret supports and samaya substances, the five meats, the five nectars, Amrita (Tibetan, Devanagari: अमृत, Romanized Sanskrit: amṛta, Literal Chinese meaning: nectar), all incomplete samaya substances, we confess to you, the powerful protector. Small offerings, deteriorated essence, mixed leftovers, defiled by substances with wheels, and also seen and heard by those who are not vessels, we confess to you, the keeper of vows and protector. Showing your image to those who are not vessels, deterioration in the recitation of your speech, and all that is contrary to your mind, we confess from the depths of our hearts. To those who have become enemies of the lama, and those who harm the Three Jewels and harm sentient beings, to enemies who hate the teachings, we confess and disclose our affection and association. In cemeteries, border areas, and solitary places, through practice, recitation, offerings, and tormas, at the time of fulfilling the commitment, we were lazy.

I confess all actions. With the sincere heart of the great benefactor and great land, I earnestly request the Dharma protectors. I confess any shortcomings in the offerings of Torma at the time of accomplishing activities. In short, I beseech you to thoroughly purify any faults of body, speech, and mind committed towards the field-protecting retinue, whether done or to be done. After reciting the above, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times along with continuous music. Then, regarding the general establishment of Torma offerings, if it is done together with Guhyanaman, it is not necessary to do it separately. If offering specifically to the Four-Faced Lord, (recite:) Son of the Three-Eyed One, radiant and glorious, powerful and boundless, Lord of the Three Realms, the fierce God of Gods. Glorious Protector, Four-Faced Wrathful One, whose terrifying command cannot be transgressed, Ḍombinī (ཌོམྦི་ནི，Ḍombinī，Ḍombinī，女 डोम्बिनी) and other consorts, Caṇḍikā (ཙཎྜི་ཀཱ，Caṇḍikā，Caṇḍikā，暴怒母) and other Mamo retinues, Marutse (མ་རུ་ཙེ，Marutse，Marutse) and other butcher retinues, Migdring (མིག་དྲིང་，Migdring，Migdring) and other slayer retinues, arrogant Devas, Nagas, and the Eight Classes of beings, come here and partake of this adorned Torma.
