May the assembly of lamas, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and their retinues appear in the sky before me. Om Nama Te Hum! Namo Me Hum! Namo Nama Hum! Thus, I prostrate. I offer from argham to shapta. Om Ah Hum, twice, I offer the inner offering and the secret offering. The object of offering, the one who offers, and the offering itself are non-dual and without focus. Thus, I make the offering of suchness. I take refuge in the Three Jewels! Etc., I recite the common confession three times. The field of merit dissolves into light. Om Svabhava Shuddha Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho 'Ham. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷ་སརྦ་དྷརྨ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओंसवभावशुद्धसर्वधर्माः स्वभावशुद्धोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: om svabhāva śuddha sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'ham, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, self-nature pure, all dharmas, self-nature pure I.) The nature of that which is grasped is without inherent existence. Om Shunyata Jnana Vajra Svabhava Atmako 'Ham. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओंशून्यताज्ञानवज्रस्वभावात्मकोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: om śūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāvātmakoham, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, emptiness wisdom vajra self-nature I.) The grasper is also without inherent existence, all dharmas are emptiness. Thus, I remain in equipoise. From the state of emptiness, in an instant, in the center of the protective circle with the eight great charnel grounds outside. Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: यम्, Sanskrit Romanization: yam, Literal Chinese meaning: Yam) transforms into a blue wind mandala, crescent-shaped. Ram (Tibetan: རཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: रम्, Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram) transforms into a red fire mandala, triangular. Vam (Tibetan: བཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वम्, Sanskrit Romanization: vam, Literal Chinese meaning: Vam) transforms into a white water mandala, circular. Lam (Tibetan: ལཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: लम्, Sanskrit Romanization: lam, Literal Chinese meaning: Lam) transforms into a yellow earth mandala, square. Sum (Tibetan: སུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुम्, Sanskrit Romanization: sum, Literal Chinese meaning: Sum) transforms into Mount Meru, the king of mountains, the east is crystal, the north is gold, the west is ruby, and the south is lapis lazuli. It has four tiers and is adorned with eight peaks, a square shape. The four elements and Mount Meru are stacked one on top of the other. On top of that, Pam (Tibetan: པཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: पम्, Sanskrit Romanization: pam, Literal Chinese meaning: Pam) transforms into the center of various lotuses. Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुम्, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) transforms into various vajras. The east is white, the north is green, the west is red, the south is yellow, and the center is blue-black, a square shape. On top of that, Pam (Tibetan: པཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: पम्, Sanskrit Romanization: pam, Literal Chinese meaning: Pam) transforms into an eight-petaled multicolored lotus, with a lotus heart and pistils. In the center of the lotus, Ram (Tibetan: རཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: रम्, Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram) transforms into a terrifying sun mandala with times and constellations. On top of that, my own mind, the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुम्, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable, abides on a reddish-white moon. From that, light radiates, offering to the noble ones and benefiting sentient beings. It is drawn back again, and everything merges into one taste. From this transformation, the complete mandala of the deity, the basis of reliance, is perfected. On top of the central seat, I myself transform into glorious Heruka Chakrasamvara, my body color is dark blue like an indigo jewel, radiating light. One face, two arms, three eyes red and round, darting about. Possessing an expression of wrath, charm, and desire, slightly baring my fangs. My face is extremely contorted, my brow is furrowed, and I am terrifying.

The hair, as black as bees, is tied into a matted topknot on the crown of the head, with a jewel resting on a wheel of bones at the top, and various vajras on the surface of the matted hair. It is adorned with a half-moon on the left side, and decorated with human bone earrings, necklaces, collections of bracelets, belts, and offering cloths. He is smeared with great ashes, adorned with a crown of five dry human heads and a hero's pennant. He has a garland of fifty bleeding heads strung on human intestines. He wears a tiger skin loincloth. His right hand holds a vajra, and his left hand holds a bell, embracing the consort. His left leg is bent, pressing down on Black Yamāntaka, and his right leg is extended, pressing down on Red Kālarātrī. He possesses the nine moods of dance and is complete with all the marks and signs. The consort embracing him is Vajravārāhī, with a red-colored body, blazing with splendor like the fire of the aeon. Her right hand holds a vajra chopper, and with a threatening gesture, she presses down on all directions. Her left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, embracing the father. She is naked, with loose hair, adorned with five seals, and has a crown and garland of dry skulls. Her right leg is bent, and her left leg is extended, embracing the father. Both the father and mother are youthful and reside in the midst of a blazing fire. On the eastern petal is the blue Ḍākiṇī, in the north is the green Lāmā, in the west is the red Chinnamastā, and in the south is the yellow Rūpiṇī. All of them have one face, two arms, and three eyes. The right hand brandishes a chopper, and the left hand holds a skull cup at the heart. They have khaṭvāṅgas marked with vajras in their armpits and sit on seats of human corpses with their right legs extended. They are similar to Vajravārāhī and originate from the lineage of Vārāhī. In the four intermediate directions, there are vases filled with the five nectars, adorned with skull cup lids. From the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूँ,hūṃ,seed syllable) in my heart, rays of light emanate. I invite the mandala of the five deities of Cakrasaṃvara. Phet (ཕཻཾ,no corresponding Sanskrit,Phet). Vajrasamājaḥ (བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ,वज्रसमाजाः,vajrasamājaḥ,Vajrasamaja). I offer from Arghaṃ (ཨརྒྷཾ,अर्घं,arghaṃ,offering) to Śabda (ཤཔྟ,शब्द,śabda, sound). Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ (ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ,जः हूँ वं होः,jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ,Ja Hum Bam Hoh). They dissolve into oneness, inseparable. Oṃ Yogaśuddha Sarvadharma Yogaśuddho'ham (ཨོཾ་ཡོ་ག་ཤུདྡྷ་སརྦ་དྷརྨ་ཡོ་ག་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ,ॐ योगशुद्ध सर्वधर्म योग शुद्धोऽहम्,oṃ yogaśuddha sarvadharma yoga śuddho'ham,Om, pure yoga, all dharmas, pure yoga, I am). On my forehead is white Oṃ (ཨོཾ,ॐ,oṃ,Om), in my throat is red Āḥ (ཨཱཿ,आः,āḥ,Ah), and in my heart is blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूँ,hūṃ,Hum). Again, from the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूँ,hūṃ,seed syllable) in my heart, rays of light emanate. I invite the empowerment deities, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
