Upon touching, from the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum), a subtle stream of bindus descends like a spider web or like a stretched strand of white silk. Focus the mind on it dissolving into the syllable (Tibetan: ཨཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Am) at the navel, thereby generating a sensation like burning flames or tangled hair. Although this is also known as opening the central channel, in reality, the flow of the right and left channels ceases, the central channel expands, and the mind-wind is bound, transforming into the nature of the clear light wind. Because it generates all the qualities of samsara and nirvana, it is the sixth stage of visualization. Third, the yoga of transference, a branch of the path, is: Visualize your own ordinary body as empty and hollow, devoid of flesh, blood, and bones. In the center of the body is the central channel as before. To the right is the red Roma channel, and to the left is the white Kyangma channel, both as thin as barley awns. These three channels run parallel from the crown of the head to the navel. The lower ends of the right and left channels are longer than the central channel. Turn them upwards and place them inside the central channel. The upper ends of the two channels bend from the crown of the head and insert into the right and left nostrils. The syllables (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Vam), (Tibetan: གཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: गं, Sanskrit Romanization: gaṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Gam), and (Tibetan: ཨཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Am) at the navel transform into the form of Vajrayogini. The right and left feet are placed touching the lower ends of the right and left channels respectively. From the body, rays of light emanate, exiting from the right nostril through the path of the Roma channel. The light pervades all containers and contents, offering to the noble ones and accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings. Everything transforms into the form of Vajrayogini. All containers and contents dissolve into light. The emanated rays of light retract inwards, entering together from the left nostril, dissolving into Vajrayogini through the path of the Kyangma channel. Do this once or three times, or as appropriate. Then, as Vajrayogini ascends upwards through the central channel, the lower ends of the right and left channels are also drawn upwards, like a magnet attracting iron filings. The upper ends of the right and left channels, which were inserted into the nostrils, separate from that point and roll up like a coiled thread, dissolving into the right and left feet. Starting from the soles of the feet of the external body, it gradually disappears up to the secret place. As the Blessed Mother ascends upwards through the central channel to the heart, throat, crown of the head, etc., the central channel also becomes thin and elongated along with it. The external form of the body also disappears in that order. It goes far out from the Brahma aperture, and one's own mind becomes the Blessed Mother.

The clear form of the body also dissolves into the luminosity of emptiness. In that very state, one rests in equanimity in a state like the sky, where the realm of awareness is inseparable. That state is meditated on again and again. Here, because one is practicing the emptiness of one's own body, it is considered that there is no need for a target of re-descent. Also, instead of gathering and dispersing rays of light from a single body, the Blessed Mother of the navel chakra herself goes out and comes in. And, at the time of transference, transferring from the left nostril, etc., although there are some elaborations with slightly different targets, what is usually said is without error. This is also called the small transference of Vajrayogini. There is a tradition of practicing it as golden Dharma, oral transmission, and word transmission. Seventh round of contemplation. Second, the method of actually meditating on Suchness itself: the body maintains its posture, and the breath is naturally relaxed. The mind is neither tightened nor loosened, and one rests in a relaxed state without thinking of anything. Gazing slightly at that very nature, it cannot be identified anywhere, and a self-aware, self-illuminating state beyond the realm of thought, free from elaboration, arises, and one rests in that. It is best to abide in that. If conceptual thoughts arise, and one remembers past events, one examines their essence. Because the past does not exist at all, the appearance of being in a state of pleasure and pain now is an illusion, like the unborn sky that has already been born. If conceptual thoughts such as hopes and fears based on the future arise, those do not exist at all because they have not yet arisen. The appearance of being in a state of pleasure and pain is an illusion, and one determines that it is like the unborn sky that has not been born. When conceptual thoughts such as enemies and friends that appear manifestly now arise, all of those are merely illusory appearances, like the appearances in a dream, and one determines that it is like the unborn sky that is born. Eighth round of contemplation. Furthermore, one instruction that is only an oral teaching: when the breath and mind enter luminosity, if one is accustomed to the previous practice for several months, one will become proficient, with only slight differences in speed depending on the quality of the channels and the degree of effort. Then, when exhaling, the abdomen is pulled back and held. The body is shaken, contracted, and the anus is tightened. Force is exerted, causing it to tremble. During the burning, sexual intercourse is also contracted, and during the descent, sexual intercourse is stretched forward and
