Cushion. Also, meditate on the single letter RA as before. By holding the combination of winds, a very sharp and subtle flame blazes from the letter A. Through the central channel, pierce the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at the heart and the Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) at the throat, striking the Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ) at the crown of the head. The bodhicitta melts, filling with Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), and their essence also descends together, or descends separately from the three letters, visualizing them in the form of three streams, or like semen dripping down. As these gently dissolve into the A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) at the navel, think that body and mind are filled with bliss. Secondly, the yoga of bindu mantra has three forms: meditating on the tip of the nose above, meditating on the tip of the nose below, and meditating in the center of the body. The first is that although the nature of the object of focus is the same, due to the different intentions of the methods of practice, it transforms into five ways of focusing. That is, according to the oral instructions of the great teacher Śāntipa, one's own heart is a red lotus with four petals, opened, with a bindu on each of the four petals. In its center is a mandala of the sun, with the nature of fire and wind, and above that is the moon, with the nature of earth and water. In the center of the two, sun and moon, placed in the union of a gau box, is a white bindu the size of a mustard seed. On the union of the sun and moon, a thin thread is wrapped around the front and back in three turns. On the three above, corresponding to the moon, think that the vowels and consonants are strung. That is, on the right, from ka to da, excluding nga and nya; in the middle are the sixteen vowels; on the left are all the letters from dha to ksha, these letters are like a string of beads, the thread of light is like the thread of the string, and in the middle of the moon there is a small hole, and think that it exists, and from that path intensely focus on the bindu. This is what the Rong masters say. In the commentary with qualities, there is a slightly different explanation. According to the condensed practice method of the master Kukkuripa, which is extremely simple, the yoga of form is: although it is said there to meditate on Vajrasattva father and mother, it is not absolute, and it is also permissible to meditate on Heruka. In the heart, a white lotus with a slightly reddish hue, with four petals, in the center is the union of the sun and moon gau box, with a white bindu, visualize clearly as before, and meditate on four bindus on the four petals, that is, blue in the east, yellow in the south, red in the west, and green in the north.

Oh! On the central moon, accompanied by sound, a hole appears that can accommodate a horsehair. As one's own breath goes out, a ray of light emerges from the bindu, exiting from the moon's hole. Visualize it crisscrossing in front, behind, left, and right, and then piercing back into the bindu. When exhaling, visualize the syllable Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) emanating from the bindu, exiting through the nostrils. When inhaling, visualize a syllable Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हु,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) entering through the nostrils, following the previous path and dissolving into the bindu. Having performed such vajra recitation many times, finally contemplate being free from the movement of breath. After that, focusing the mind on the bindu itself is called hiding the secret mantra as a substitute for recitation. Visualizing the bindu slowly emerging from the moon's hole and hovering above the moon is called suspending the secret mantra in the sky. Visualizing the bindu residing between the union of the sun and moon, the mind itself is the bindu, and meditating on oneself entering the center of the bindu is called subtly placing the secret mantra. Some people, clinging to the literal meaning of the scriptures, oppose the suspending and subtle placing, which is merely being arrogant and hating the mantra. According to the master Gowa Sangpo's (slob dpon 'gro ba bzang po) instruction on suchness, visualize one's own heart lotus as a four-petaled red lotus, and in the center of the separated petals, the sun is the nature of fire and wind, and above it, the moon is the nature of earth and water. In the center of the union of the sun and moon, visualize the bindu as before, and focus the mind on it. The commentary to this text states that it is similar to the extensive method of Kukkuripa, but it does not deviate from the intention of Gowa Sangpo's text. According to the extensive method of Kukkuripa, visualize in the center of the four-petaled lotus in the heart, the union of the sun and moon gau box, and the bindu as before. By mixing the breath slightly, a sound of "Tok" (藏文未给出,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) arises, and a hole that can accommodate a drumstick appears in the moon above. Visualize breathing in and out through that hole about seven times. Then, visualize a ray of light as thin as a horsehair emerging from the bindu, with a string of vowels and consonants strung on it, exiting from the moon's hole. Wrap it three times in front and behind, and four times on the left and right, with a half wrap at the turning point, for a total of eight and a half wraps. Again, the bindu
