修习此传承，首先是幻身和光明，依靠此，瑜伽士的这些才会在相续中生起。这些相续如何示现的量呢？“阿哩嘎哩共同做”，等等六句是轮咒瑜伽；“贤妙文字的珠鬘”，等等是明点咒瑜伽的上下；“变成球形的光”，这是在明点身体的中央修习；“最初文字的结合”，等等是与金刚念诵相关联的；“生命和勤奋都集中”，由此，次第遮止宝瓶气；“双眼和”，等等是强行遮止；“任何根门”，等等是法瑜伽；“瑜伽与睡眠完全结合”，以及“如何赐予三身胜”，等等是幻化三传承的窍诀；形相瑜伽在三个章节中都有详细阐述；下门咒瑜伽也在前后以分散的方式多次示现。幻化三传承的支分中，也出现了四种遍断结合。如果想要了解其分类，可以参考《密集金刚黑论》的旧文本，或者我所整理的非常清晰明了的前期次第仪轨引导文。这里说道：此殊胜精华之道，乃是持名法慧黑汝嘎，其传承持有者珍宝七传承等，由金刚持诸王弘扬。如今无宗派行持的瑜伽士，达喇纳塔我之意乐，对于自诩聪明者，名字也未曾听闻，对于小心眼傲慢者更不用说了。总是卑劣的因也是喋喋不休，难道没有一些行为怪异的河流吗？见到水鸟幻化的苦行，有识之士都走上谨慎之路。此极难获得的珍宝，被完全认知为无价值后，以清净的增上意乐，达喇纳塔所造。校对完毕。吉祥增盛。愿此处所积善妙月光，令教法与众生的善妙莲园，完全盛开欢乐的盛宴。

Practicing this lineage, first is the illusory body and clear light, and relying on this, these of the yogis arise in the continuum. How is the measure of these continuums shown? "Doing Ali Kali together," etc., the six lines are the wheel mantra yoga; "The garland of virtuous letters," etc., are the upper and lower bindu mantra yoga; "The light that has become a sphere," this is meditating in the center of the bindu body; "The combination of the first letters," etc., are related to vajra recitation; "Life and diligence are concentrated," thereby, gradually stopping the vase breath; "The two eyes and," etc., are forcibly stopping; "Whatever root door," etc., is dharma yoga; "Yoga is completely combined with sleep," and "How to bestow the three kayas supreme," etc., are the key instructions of the three illusory lineages; the form yoga is explained in detail in all three chapters; the lower door mantra yoga is also shown many times in a scattered way before and after. In the branch of the three illusory lineages, the four pervasive severance combinations also appear. If you want to know its classification, you can refer to the old text of the Guhyasamaja Black Treatise, or the very clear and clear preliminary order ritual guidance text that I have compiled. Here it is said: This excellent essence path, is the Dharma Wisdom Heruka who holds the name, its lineage holders, the seven precious lineages, etc., were promoted by the Vajradhara kings. Now the yogis who practice without sectarianism, Tāranātha, my joy, even the name has not been heard by those who claim to be clever, let alone those who are narrow-minded and arrogant. The cause of always being inferior is also chattering, are there not some rivers with strange behavior? Seeing the asceticism of the illusory water bird, the knowledgeable ones embark on the path of caution. This extremely rare treasure, after being fully recognized as worthless, was created by Tāranātha with pure higher intention. Checked and completed. May virtue increase. May the virtuous moonlight accumulated here, cause the virtuous lotus garden of the teachings and beings, to fully bloom a joyous feast.
