May the subjects revere the Dharma-protecting deities, and may they be as amiable as parents and children to each other. May theft, robbery, and hunting never occur. Especially for the sake of our attainment of Bodhi, For the sake of protecting and propagating the Dharma, may the rain of jewels from gods, nagas, and humans descend, Filling the chariot of hope to the brim. May food, fine clothes, horses, and livestock gather, Increase, and possess the best flavors and rich nutrients, eliminating evil spirits and disasters, May fame and the sounds of the five senses be clear. May enjoyment increase, but not diminish Dharma practice, May it not become the root of arrogance and strife, may it be like a refuge for the poor, like the earth that brings forth everything, May it be heavy with the great fruit of merit. May the Dharma-abiding king, ministers, householders, and wealthy people, etc., May all beings develop joy and love. May countless intelligent students gather, Spending day and night in the activities of the Dharma. May gods, nagas, yakshas, and other non-humans, And even those who harbor malice and evil thoughts, May they develop faith merely upon seeing, hearing, or remembering, and may they regard the letter of supplication as an earring. In short, whether past or future guests of the incense offering, Whatever power and accomplishments you possess and have attained, may they be completely fulfilled, May all activities that protect the Dharma and benefit beings be accomplished in accordance with the Dharma. In order to avoid the difficulty of reciting many individual incense offerings, gathering together the wealth deities, headed by Vaisravana, and all the powerful wealth deities, I, Gya Khampa Ngakwang Lodro Nyingpo, calling myself 'Light of Limitless Benefit,' wrote this in accordance with the wording of the general Dharma protector incense offering that I had previously composed, at the palace of the successive lineage holders of the Ling clan and the adjacent monastery, Gozi Rabten Tse's Tralek Gar. May it be auspicious and prosperous! Sarva Mangalam! This was supplemented and newly printed in order to fulfill the wishes of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo and the lineage lamas.
