And all other necessities. All these purposes depend on the intervention of you, supreme deities, with your wisdom, compassion, and power. Therefore, we enthrone you as protectors of the doctrine, praising you with the highest esteem. Ah! Listen, heed, supreme holy ones! In countless eons, you have donned the armor of benefiting beings, completed the Paramita (Sanskrit, pāramitā, Perfection) of generosity, and attained the liberation of the inexhaustible treasury of space. Now, due to the increase of evil times and decaying forces, people have short lives, are plagued by diseases, and lack resources. Due to attachment to the desires of this life, they create negative karma. Have you not seen such a situation? With the power, miraculous abilities, and wealth of the ten freedoms, and with the eyes and clairvoyance that observe the rise and fall of beings in the six realms, if these are truly present, please destroy the wheel of suffering in this world. Those tormented by the flames of the karma of miserliness seek refuge in you in every lifetime. May the rain of the precious nectar treasure pacify the suffering of beings' poverty. May the power of past good deeds and prayers bless the gods, nagas, yakshas, and other deities with great miraculous powers. May those vast armies and great forces fulfill the Buddha's will and bring fruitful results. I hereby request the wishes cherished for a long time: May the source of all beings' prosperity, the doctrine of the Hetuphalayana (Sanskrit, hetuphalayāna, Vehicle of Cause and Effect) spoken by the Sugata (Sanskrit, sugata, Buddha), abide long like a stream of heavenly nectar. May all the virtuous ones who hold the doctrine have stable lotus feet and complete their activities. May the Sangha be harmonious and loving, the discipline pure, and the wheel of hearing, thinking, and practicing the Dharma flourish. May those practitioners who destroy samsara with the wheel of meditation fill the peaceful forests. May all those who practice in the Sangha and in solitary retreats never lack offerings and respect. May they obtain robes, dwellings, food, medicine, and other necessities merely by thinking of them. May they not torment their bodies and minds with harsh asceticism, and may they perfect all qualities and Dharma in comfort. May the Three Jewels (Sanskrit, triratna, Buddha, Dharma, Sangha) be honored, served, and offered immeasurable offerings, and may they abide long. May the patrons of the doctrine, with their life, glory, and wealth, be comparable to the inexhaustible wish-fulfilling tree. May there be timely rainfall in all places, abundant harvests, and thriving livestock. May diseases of humans and animals and the calamities of war cease forever, may the country be peaceful, and may the people practice the ten virtues.
