ར་རིམས་ཕོ་བ་ན། །དམིགས་པ་དཀར་འགྱེད་ཕྱོགས་ཕུལ་བྱ་བ་དང་། །སྐོང་བཤགས་མཆོད་རྟེན་སྐུ་དཀར་ལམ་འཕྲང་བཅོས། །བ་གླང་ 74-132-3b གཟུགས་ལ་རང་གི་གོས་ལྷམ་བཀལ། །ལོ་རྟའི་གཟུགས་བཅོས་རྒྱ་ལམ་བཞི་མདོར་བསྐྱལ། །དེ་ལྟར་གླུད་བསྔོས་བཏང་པས་ནད་གདོན་ཞི། ༼༨༽ །ཕག་མོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཁྲོས་མ་ནག་མོ་ཡི། །ནང་འཁོར་སྐྱོད་བྱེད་མ་ཡིས་ལུང་བསྟན་ནི། །ཚེས་བརྒྱད་བཅུ་དྲུག་ཉེར་བཞི་ནད་བྱུང་ན། །བན་བོན་སྲུང་མ་དཀོར་བདག་དམ་སྲིས་གནོད། །ཡང་ན་ཐེའུ་རང་རྒྱུ་ལམ་ཕྱིན་པས་ལན། །བན་བོན་ས་ནས་ཆས་ཀ་བླངས་པས་ཉེས། །མཁལ་རྐེད་མིག་དང་མགོ་རུས་གློ་སྙིང་ངམ། །བད་ཀན་སྟོང་སྐྱུག་ཚིགས་ནད་ཚ་བ་ཡོད། །དམིགས་པ་དཀར་དམར་ཁྲ་འགྱེད་གང་རུང་དང་། །དམ་སྲི་བསྒྲལ་ཞིང་ཐེའུ་རང་བསྐྱས་འདེབས་བྱ། །བ་གླང་གཟུགས་ལ་གོས་ལྷམ་བཀལ་བྱས་ཏེ། །གླུད་བསྔོས་ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་བཏང་བས་ནད་གདོན་ཞི། ༈ །དེ་ཡང་ནད་དམིགས་ཐོང་ཞེས་སྔོན་བྱུང་ན། །མིང་ལ་ཅི་ཟེར་ཚེས་གྲངས་གང་ལ་ན། །ལེགས་པར་ཤོད་ཅིག་རྨི་ལྟས་བལྟའོ་ཟེར། །ནད་པ་གང་ནའི་ཚེས་གྲངས་ངོས་བཟུང་ལ། །མིང་ནས་སྨྲོས་པའི་སྐྱབས་འགྲོ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་སོགས། །ཆོ་ག་རྒྱས་འབྲིང་བསྡུས་གསུམ་གང་འོས་བཏང་། །བསྲེ་བ་གསུམ་གྱི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། །སྦྱིན་གཏོང་དམིགས་པ་ཐུན་གཅིག་བཏང་ནས་ནི། །གོང་དུ་བཤད་པའི་ཆོས་བདག་ཕག་ཞལ་མས། །ནང་འཁོར་ལྷ་མོ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་ལུང་བསྟན་ལྟར། །རང་གི་དམིགས་ 74-132-4a ཡུལ་ཤར་བའི་རྒྱབ་ངོས་བཟུང་། །ན་ཚུལ་ནད་རྐྱེན་འདི་བྱུང་ལེགས་པར་བཤད། །དེ་ཚེ་ངེས་པའི་ཡིད་ཆེས་རྙེད་པ་ཡིན། །ཨེ་མ་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ངེས་གསང་གདམས་པའི་བཅུད། །ཕ་རྒོད་བླ་མའི་བཀའ་དྲིན་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། །དེང་སང་གཅོད་མཁན་རྒྱལ་པོར་ཡོངས་གྲགས་པ། ཁོ་བོ་གཤོངས་ཆེན་པ་ཡི་ཁྱད་ཆོས་ཏེ། །འདི་ཉིད་སྣོད་ལྡན་སློབ་མའི་ཐུགས་ལ་ཆོངས། །གཞན་དུ་འཆོལ་བར་མ་གཏང་ས་མ་ཡ། །དམ་མེད་ལོག་ལྟ་ཅན་ལ་སྤེལ་བ་ན། །ཆོས་བདག་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་བཀའ་ཆད་ཡོད་ངེས་སོ།། །། ༈ ནད་པའི་དོན་དུ་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་གླུད་ཆོག་གཏོང་བའི་ཚུལ་ནི། ཆོས་བདག་ཕག་ཞལ་ཅན་གྱི་གཏོར་མ་ཟུར་གསུམ་ལ། གཏོར་ཕྲན་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར་བ་དང་། ནད་གདོན་གང་ཡིན་དང་མཐུན་པའི་གླུད་རྫས་གང་དགོས་དེ་བཤམས་ལ། རང་ཉིད་ཆོས་བདག་ཕག་ཞལ་ཅན་དུ་གསལ་བཏབ་ལ།་ཕག་མོ་ཁྲོས་ནག་གང་རུང་གི་བདག་བསྐྱེད་བསྒོམ་ན་ལེགས། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བྷ་ར་ཧི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཝརྞ་ནཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ། ཅེས་བཟླས་པ་ཉེར་གཅིག་བྱ། གཏོར་མ་ཤའི་རྒྱན་ཅན་དེ་ཉིད་ཆང་གིས་བྲན་ལ། གཏོར་མ་ནང་མཆོད་ལྟར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ལ་འབུལ་བའི་ཚུལ་ནི། ཕཊ། ཡཾ་ལས་རླུང་དང་རཾ་ལས་མེ། །ཀཾ་ལས་མི་མགོའི་སྒྱེད་པུའི་སྟེང་། །ཨ་ལས་ཐོད་པ་དུམ་གཅིག་པ།

对于脾胃疾病：进行白色供施，奉献祭品；修缮赎罪、佛塔、白色雕像和道路；将牛的形象穿上自己的衣服和鞋子；制作生肖形象，放置在十字路口。如此进行赎祭和奉献，疾病和邪魔便会平息。（8） 如果黑色的愤怒猪母（藏文：ཕག་མོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཁྲོས་མ་ནག་མོ་，含义：非常愤怒的黑猪母）的眷属空行母（藏文：ནང་འཁོར་སྐྱོད་བྱེད་མ་，含义：内部眷属空行母）预言说：在初八、十六、二十四生病，那么是苯教徒、守护神、财神或邪灵作祟。或者是因为去了异地而导致。或者是因为从苯教徒那里拿走了东西而导致。可能是肾脏、腰部、眼睛、头骨、肺部、心脏疾病，或者是白脉病、呕吐、关节疾病或发烧。 进行白色、红色或杂色供施；诛杀邪灵，驱逐并镇压异地鬼神；给牛的形象穿上衣服和鞋子；进行赎祭，向西方献祭，疾病和邪魔便会平息。 如果事先说‘释放疾病’，询问名字、生病日期，详细说明，说要观察梦兆。确定患者的出生日期，念诵名字，皈依、发菩提心等。根据情况进行简、中、繁三种仪轨。依靠三种混合物的缘起，进行布施和供养，献上一次祭品。按照前面所说的护法神猪面母（藏文：ཆོས་བདག་ཕག་ཞལ་མ་，含义：具猪面的护法神）和八位眷属空行母的预言，确定自己供养的对象，说明生病的方式和原因。那时就能获得确定的信心。唉玛！这是空行母秘密的精华教诲，依靠父亲上师的恩德，如今我，被誉为‘断法者’的琼波（藏文：གཤོངས་ཆེན་པ་，含义：琼波），是琼波的特点。将此传授给有资格的弟子，不要随意传播，切记保密！如果传给没有誓言和持邪见的人，一定会受到护法神和空行母的惩罚！！ 为了病人而进行空行母赎祭仪轨的方法：将护法神猪面母的三角朵玛（藏文：གཏོར་མ་，含义：食子，祭品）周围摆放八个小朵玛，以及与疾病和邪魔相应的赎祭品。观想自己是护法神猪面母，观想愤怒黑猪母或任何一种猪母本尊为佳。念诵：嗡 班杂 瓦ra 嘿 吽 吽 啪 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བྷ་ར་ཧི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्र भरहि हुं हुं फट् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra bharahi hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，黑茹迦，吽，吽，呸，梭哈。）嗡 班杂 瓦日阿 尼耶 吽 啪（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཝརྞ་ནཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्र वर्णनी ये हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra varṇanī ye hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，着色者，耶，吽，呸）。念诵二十一遍。将带有肉饰的朵玛洒上酒，像供奉内供一样加持后献上：啪！从扬字（藏文：ཡཾ，梵文天城体：य，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：风）出现风，从让字（藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：र，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：火）出现火，从康字（藏文：ཀཾ་，梵文天城体：क，梵文罗马拟音：kaṃ，汉语字面意思：颅器）出现人头支架，上面是从阿字（藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：无生）出现的一个头盖骨。

For spleen and stomach diseases: Perform white offerings, dedicate sacrifices; repair atonement, stupas, white statues, and roads; dress the image of an ox in one's own clothes and shoes; make zodiac images and place them at crossroads. By performing such ransom and dedication, diseases and demons will be pacified. (8) If the retinue Ḍākinī (Tibetan: ནང་འཁོར་སྐྱོད་བྱེད་མ་, meaning: inner retinue Ḍākinī) of the black wrathful Pig Mother (Tibetan: ཕག་མོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཁྲོས་མ་ནག་མོ་, meaning: very wrathful black Pig Mother) prophesies: If illness occurs on the eighth, sixteenth, or twenty-fourth, it is caused by Bönpos, guardian deities, wealth deities, or evil spirits. Or it is caused by going to a foreign land. Or it is caused by taking things from Bönpos. It may be kidney, waist, eye, skull, lung, heart disease, or white vein disease, vomiting, joint disease, or fever. Perform white, red, or variegated offerings; kill evil spirits, expel and suppress foreign ghosts; dress the image of an ox in clothes and shoes; perform ransom and dedicate it to the west, and diseases and demons will be pacified. If it is said in advance, 'Release the disease,' ask for the name, date of illness, and explain in detail, saying to observe dream omens. Determine the patient's date of birth, recite the name, take refuge, generate Bodhicitta, etc. Perform simple, medium, or elaborate rituals as appropriate. Relying on the auspicious connection of the three mixtures, make offerings and dedications, and offer one feast. According to the prophecy of the Dharma protector Pig-faced Mother (Tibetan: ཆོས་བདག་ཕག་ཞལ་མ་, meaning: Dharma protector with a pig face) and the eight retinue Ḍākinīs mentioned earlier, determine the object of your offering and explain the manner and cause of the illness. Then you will gain definite confidence. Ema! This is the secret essence of the Ḍākinī's teachings, relying on the kindness of the father guru, now I, known as 'the Cutter' Kyongpo (Tibetan: གཤོངས་ཆེན་པ་, meaning: Kyongpo), am the characteristic of Kyongpo. Transmit this to qualified disciples, do not spread it casually, remember to keep it secret! If it is transmitted to those without vows and with wrong views, there will surely be punishment from the Dharma protectors and Ḍākinīs!! The method of performing the Ḍākinī ransom ritual for the sake of the patient: Place eight small tormas around the triangular torma (Tibetan: གཏོར་མ་, meaning: food offering, sacrifice) of the Dharma protector Pig-faced Mother, and arrange the ransom items that correspond to the disease and demons. Visualize yourself as the Dharma protector Pig-faced Mother, and it is best to visualize the wrathful black Pig Mother or any Pig Mother deity. Recite: Om Vajra Bharahi Hum Hum Phat Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བྷ་ར་ཧི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ वज्र भरहि हुं हुं फट् स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra bharahi hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Black Ruka, Hum, Hum, Phat, Svaha.)
