大宝伏藏TD2934《秘密行空行母耳传》中，缘起天女八尊除灭一切疾病邪魔仪轨。 各种事业，消除疾病。 秘密行空行母耳传中，缘起天女八尊除灭一切疾病邪魔仪轨。 那摩 咕噜 班杂 达吉尼耶（藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་བཛྲ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཡེ།，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु वज्र डाकिनीये，梵文罗马拟音：namo guru vajra ḍākinīye， 汉语字面意思：顶礼金刚上师空行母）。 于不死的成就自在者唐东杰布（Thangtong Gyalpo）处，印度尸陀林Rasmisvara（拉斯弥湿伐罗）中，智慧空行母金刚亥母（Vajravarahi）亲赐之口诀。 名为‘秘密行空行母耳传’，比甚深更甚深、极具威力，此乃单传口诀，传承未断绝。其中宣说了成就殊胜与共同悉地之无量方法。 此处，略述如何依靠法主亥母的内眷属八天女来判断疾病的起因、本质，以及如何进行缘起治疗，并附带缘起替身仪轨，以此从疾病邪魔中解脱。完全出于利他之心而摘录编写，祈请法主空行母赐予开许。 （1）空行母真言： 金刚亥母极忿怒黑母之，内眷属天女光明炽燃授记： 初一、初九、十七及，二十五日染病，邪魔从北方起。 国王或女魔之损害生，不净食物或脓疮、灶神祟。 头、眼、肺、心、肾，腰部任何处。 观想一切疾病皆已洗净，以洗身之水和面，捏制成，黑色替身之形象，献替身，送往北方，则疾病邪魔得以平息。（2） 金刚亥母极忿怒黑母之，内眷属坚固母授记： 初二、初十、十八、二十六，若染疾病，则土地神、守护神或，国王或赞神之害，宿怨食物酸肉，或搬运重物等饮食违缘所致。 鼻塞、舌不适，胃病、肾病、疖肿等生。 观想圆满、忏悔，布施水食子、龙食子，捏制黑色替身，以拇指环绕，献给作害者，左右放置夏瓦和，绵羊之形象，并挂上衣服鞋子等。 送往十字路口，则疾病邪魔平息。（3） 金刚亥母极忿怒黑母之，内眷属白

Various activities, disease elimination. From the Secret Conduct Dakini's Whispered Transmission: The Eight Calculation Goddesses of Interdependence Eliminate All Diseases and Evil Spirits. Namo Guru Vajra Dakiniye (藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་བཛྲ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཡེ།，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु वज्र डाकिनीये，梵文罗马拟音：namo guru vajra ḍākinīye， Meaning: Homage to the Vajra Guru Dakini). At Thangtong Gyalpo, the lord of immortal accomplishment, in the Indian charnel ground of Rasmisvara, the wisdom dakini Vajravarahi personally bestowed this instruction. Called 'Secret Conduct Dakini's Whispered Transmission,' it is more profound than the profound and extremely powerful. This is a single-lineage instruction that has come down without interruption. From this, countless methods for accomplishing supreme and common siddhis are taught. Here, briefly describing how to rely on the eight goddesses of the inner circle of the Dharma Lord Vajravarahi to determine the cause and nature of diseases, and how to perform interdependent healing, along with the interdependent ransom ritual, to liberate from diseases and evil spirits. This is extracted and written purely out of altruism. I beseech the Dharma Lord Dakini to grant permission. (1) Dakini Mantra: Vajravarahi, the extremely wrathful black mother's, inner circle goddesses, blazing with light, prophesy: On the 1st, 9th, 17th, and 25th, disease strikes, evil spirits arise from the north. Harm from a king or a demoness arises, unclean food or sores, hearth deity affliction arises. In the head, eyes, lungs, heart, kidneys, or any part of the waist. Visualizing all diseases as having been washed away, knead dough with the wash water, fashioning a black effigy, offer the effigy, send it to the north, and the diseases and evil spirits will be pacified. (2) Vajravarahi, the extremely wrathful black mother's, inner circle goddess, the steadfast mother, prophesies: On the 2nd, 10th, 18th, and 26th, if afflicted by disease, it is due to harm from earth spirits, guardian deities, or a king or tsen spirit, grudges, sour meat, or carrying heavy loads, etc., caused by adverse food conditions. Nasal congestion, discomfort of the tongue, stomach disease, kidney disease, boils, etc., arise. Visualize fulfillment, confession, give water tormas, naga tormas, fashion a black effigy, encircle it with the thumb, offer it to the harm-doer, place a shawa and a, sheep image on the left and right, and hang clothes and shoes, etc. Send it to the crossroads, and the diseases and evil spirits will be pacified. 光明女神的预言：在初三、十一、十九、二十七，会发生疾病，神和国王死亡，恶鬼作祟。去了坟地，或者半夜说了不该说的话。又或者吃了不干净的食物，去了铁匠家。感到胸闷、心慌，上身疼痛，神志不清。 又或者口干舌燥，腰部和肾脏疼痛。专注四部，布施食物。诵读尊胜佛顶经和长寿经。准备五份替身祭品和五个护身符。摆上病人的尿液，献上替身祭品。送到外面，疾病和邪魔就会平息。（四）黑猪面空行母极怒母的眷属，光彩照人的女神预言：在初四、十二、二十、二十八，会发生疾病，是冰雹鬼、土地神和恶鬼作祟。争斗或者吃了苯教徒、寡妇的食物。右侧疼痛，身体颤抖，关节疼痛。专注遣除障碍的佛法，布施食物。驱逐邪魔，念诵五部国王经。准备替身祭品，穿上病人的衣服和鞋子。献上替身祭品，然后送到外面。如果病情严重，念诵金光明经和三部经。再次献上替身祭品和朵玛，疾病和邪魔就会平息。（五）黑猪面空行母极怒母的眷属，降雨女神预言：在初五、十三、二十一、二十九，会发生疾病，女人从外面带来刀鬼作祟。喝了水或者吃了死于刀下的人的食物。又或者吃了寡妇做的食物。腰部、肾脏、乳房、胸部、背部和全身疼痛。专注，用阿字进行沐浴，净化污垢。结驱魔手印，举行沐浴仪式。用黑羊的实物或者制作的图像。 放上黑色的线，将替身朵玛送到南方。这样，疾病和邪魔就会平息。（六）黑猪面空行母极怒母的眷属，持光女神预言：在初七、十五、十八、二十三，会发生疾病，是活鬼或者刀鬼、战神作祟。吃了来自不祥之地的食物，因此被附身。乳房、肝脏、肋骨疼痛，或者得了胃病。进行手印加持，献上替身朵玛。专门为战神准备替身祭品。也为刀鬼准备与年龄相符的替身祭品。在驴的图像上，放上裙子或者下衣。这样，突发的疾病和邪魔就会平息。如果病情严重，念诵《广大经》会有帮助。（七）黑猪面空行母极怒母的眷属，作光女神预言：在初六、十四、二十二、月末，会发生疾病，是橛、刀鬼、战神和国王作祟。遇到了空旷的地方、旋风，或者去了不该去的地方。全身发热疼痛。

Recite the Ushnishavijaya Dharani Sutra and the Long Life Sutra. Prepare five substitute offerings and five amulets. Place the patient's urine and offer the substitute offerings. Send it outside, and the disease and demons will be calmed. (4) The retinue of the Black Pig-faced Dakini, the Extremely Wrathful Mother, the radiant goddess prophesies: On the 4th, 12th, 20th, and 28th, illnesses will occur, caused by hail demons, earth gods, and evil spirits. Fighting or eating the food of Bonpos and widows. Pain on the right side, body trembling, and joint pain. Focus on removing obstacles from the Dharma, and give food as alms. Expel demons and recite the Five King Sutras. Prepare substitute offerings, put on the patient's clothes and shoes. Offer the substitute offerings and then send them outside. If the condition is serious, recite the Golden Light Sutra and the Three Sutras. Offer substitute offerings and tormas again, and the disease and demons will be calmed. (5) The retinue of the Black Pig-faced Dakini, the Extremely Wrathful Mother, the Rain-Bringing Goddess prophesies: On the 5th, 13th, 21st, and 29th, illnesses will occur, caused by women bringing knife ghosts from outside. Drinking water or eating the food of people who died by the knife. Or eating food made by widows. Pain in the waist, kidneys, breasts, chest, back, and whole body. Focus, bathe with the letter A, and purify the dirt. Form the exorcism mudra and perform the bathing ritual. Use a real black sheep or a made image. Put on black thread and send the substitute torma to the south. In this way, the disease and demons will be calmed. (6) The retinue of the Black Pig-faced Dakini, the Extremely Wrathful Mother, the Light-Holding Goddess prophesies: On the 7th, 15th, 18th, and 23rd, illnesses will occur, caused by living ghosts or knife ghosts and war gods. Eating food from an inauspicious place, therefore being possessed. Pain in the breasts, liver, ribs, or stomach problems. Perform hand mudra blessings and offer substitute tormas. Prepare substitute offerings specifically for the war god. Also prepare substitute offerings for the knife ghost that match the age. On the image of a donkey, put on a skirt or lower garment. In this way, sudden illnesses and demons will be calmed. If the condition is serious, reciting the Mahavaipulya Sutra will help. (7) The retinue of the Black Pig-faced Dakini, the Extremely Wrathful Mother, the Light-Making Goddess prophesies: On the 6th, 14th, 22nd, and the end of the month, illnesses will occur, caused by phurba, knife ghosts, war gods, and kings. Encountered an empty place, a whirlwind, or went to a place that should not be gone.
