The Great Treasure of the Precious Ones TD2908, entitled 'Increasing the Power of Activity, Adorned with the Connection of the Four-Faced Protector's Torma Empowerment'. Minling Four-Faced Protector, Torma Empowerment. Homage to Guru Mahakala! Heruka, embodying the form of a Rakshasa, Subduing demons, the Great Black One arises. Grant permission to arrange the connection of the Torma Empowerment. Now is the time to perform the Torma Empowerment of the Field-Protecting Lord, the Four-Faced One Who Seizes Power. The preparations are as follows: First, prepare the offering torma based on the Rigdzin Thugthig or the self-arisen Yidam mentioned above. In front of it, on a clean platform, arrange five piles of mandala moistened with black beans and blood wine. On top of that, in a skull cup or copper-iron vessel, place a red triangular heart-shaped torma. Starting from the front, arrange a triangular snake-entwined torma, a red-black triangular torma, a right-spiraling triangular torma with a planet-like appearance, and single triangular tormas placed in the four directions. Surround them with many iron hooks, adorn them with flame patterns and images, and place a black silk umbrella on top. In front of that, arrange the offering torma of the five main and retinue deities in a triangular shape, as well as nectar, blood offerings, and fierce implements. In the iron stove, prepare the necessary items, including dough offerings and a phurba for subjugation. Perform the self-generation practice and recitation. If not done previously, perform the blessing of the offerings. According to the activity manual, either in a peaceful or wrathful manner, proceed from the blessing of the torma to the front generation, invitation and absorption, offering of the torma, and praise. 驱逐虚妄，持守真诚，修持守护轮。殊胜之法教，即为护持胜者教法的黑袍大护法，夺取魔敌力量的四面吉祥怙主之甚深口诀。其中一些源自伏藏，另一些则由后译时期的译师和智者翻译并弘扬。而此处所涉，乃是当一切诸佛之本体，莲师颅鬘力于尸陀林寒林安住之时。在金刚座，外道猖獗，法轮被摧毁破坏，外道教法盛行之际，寒林自生怙主石像心间，放射出蓝色光芒，光芒顶端，怙主携眷属以撼动有寂之大神通显现，发出巨响，敦促降伏魔众之莲师，随即融入石像心间。莲师遂造作众多修法仪轨，鞭策、祈请怙主，外道军队及其教法灰飞烟灭，内道教法恢复如初。当时，修法仪轨被分为三个次第，在前往藏地之际，为后世之利益，埋藏于诸多甚深伏藏之中。其中，此精要汇集，如酥油般浓缩于牛奶之中，被交付于大译师贝若扎那，作为上师修法持明心髓之护法，并于扎玛岩洞埋藏伏藏。其后，大译师之化身，前译教法之日，降伏众生之持明者，不变金刚迎请出此护法，乃是护法傲慢兄妹之命根。通过依托朵玛之成熟深法等方式，献上曼扎。祈请上师贝若扎那真实显现，以虔诚恭敬之心祈祷，复诵此句： ‘祈请上师垂念我， 为调伏恶毒、守护教法， 恳请赐予护法傲慢兄妹之加持灌顶。’ 念诵三遍后，上师答道： ‘善哉！具信之子， 为守护珍贵教法， 为息灭修持正法之障碍， 我将赐予，别无他求。’ 赐予加持，并强调三昧耶之要点，不得违越所嘱咐之誓言，以信解之心复诵此句： ‘您所赐予之教诲， 我永不违越。’ 如是祈请。于三昧耶金刚之水精中央，

Expelling falsehood and upholding truth, practice the protective circle. The special Dharma teaching is the profound instruction of the Four-Faced Glorious Protector, the Black Great Protector who upholds the Victorious Ones' teachings and seizes the power of demonic enemies. Some of these originated from treasures (terma), while others were translated and propagated by translators and scholars of the later translation period. What is relevant here is when Guru Padmasambhava with a garland of skulls, the embodiment of all Buddhas, was residing in the Cool Grove charnel ground. In Vajrasana (Bodh Gaya), heretics were rampant, the Dharma wheels were destroyed and demolished, and the teachings of outsiders flourished. At that time, from the heart of the self-arisen Protector stone statue in the Cool Grove, a blue light radiated, and from the tip of the light, this Protector, along with his retinue, appeared with great miraculous powers that shook existence and non-existence. With a roaring sound, he urged Guru Rinpoche to subdue the demons, and then dissolved back into the heart of the stone statue. Guru himself then created many sadhana (methods of accomplishment) practices, urging and imploring the Protector, and the heretical armies and their teachings were reduced to ashes. The Buddhist teachings were restored to their former glory. At that time, the sadhana practices were divided into three stages, and when he went to Tibet, for the benefit of future generations, he concealed them as profound treasures. Among them, this condensed essence, like ghee in milk, was entrusted to the great translator Vairochana as the Dharma protector of the Guru practice Rigdzin Thugthig (Heart Drop of the Vidyadharas), and the treasure was sealed in Drakmar Yawalung. Later, the emanation of the great translator, the sun of the early translation teachings, the Vidyadhara who tames beings, Gyurme Dorje, invited this Dharma protector, the life force of the arrogant brother and sister Dharma protectors.
