The body color is like a mountain of red coral, the root face is red, the right side is white, the left side is blue, and the top of the head is a green horse head, neighing. Opening the mouth, rolling the tongue, baring the teeth, the beard, eyebrows, and hair are reddish-yellow, burning like flames. Alternatively, six hands, the right three holding a sword, khaṭvāṃ (staff), and wooden staff, the left three holding red human skin, a bell, and an iron hook. Five skull crowns adorned with jewels are placed on the head, and three strings of skull necklaces are worn as neck ornaments. Wearing a lion and yak skin upper garment, with an elephant skin wrapped around the waist, and a tiger skin skirt as the lower garment. The whole body is smeared with blood and ashes, adorned with five kinds of snakes and six kinds of bone ornaments. The head is adorned with a garuda, wearing glorious wings and silk cloaks, and wearing vajra armor. The consort Padma is radiant, adorned with five seals, embracing the main deity holding a khaṭvāṃ and skull cup. Possessing nine dance postures, with four feet spread out in a standing posture. On the right is a cat-headed consort holding a khaṭvāṃ and skull cup; on the left is an owl-headed consort holding an iron hook and skull cup. As stated in the 'Essence of Meaning Collection,' similar to other deities, six hands, the right three holding a khaṭvāṃ entwined with snakes and a raised sword, the left three holding a bell, skull cup, and iron lock. This is how it is translated, and the consorts on the left and right can be omitted. The rest is the same as before. Abiding in the midst of burning wisdom flames, the three places (forehead, throat, heart) are marked with Oṃ (oṃ, seed syllable, body), Āḥ (āḥ, seed syllable, speech), and Hūṃ (hūṃ, seed syllable, mind). From the hearts of the guru and the mandala assembly, immeasurable light also emanates. From the great bliss charnel ground of Akanishta, invite the assembly of the great powerful Horse King (Hayagrīva), filling the sky with the form of the deity, mantra, mudra, and light, please generate unwavering faith in the non-duality of your three doors! At the end of the heart mantra, add 'Jñāna ābeśaya āḥ' (ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ, ज्ञानावेशय आः, Wisdom enter ah), recite and accompany with incense and musical instruments, descending blessings. Generate firm faith in the wisdom deity. Recite 'Tiṣṭha vajra' (ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་, तिष्ठ वज्र, Abide vajra), place the vajra on the head. Take the empowerment torma, the outer container is a vast palace burning with great bliss and the moon, the inner essence is the mandala of the great powerful Horse King playing with radiance, as well as the emanation assembly and attendants, the blessings and splendor are blazing, the horse neigh of power is clearly resounding, the forehead has a white Oṃ (oṃ, seed syllable, body), the throat has a red Āḥ (āḥ, seed syllable, speech), the heart has a blue Hūṃ (hūṃ, seed syllable, mind), abiding in the nature of the three vajras of all Buddhas. The torma is the assembly of glorious Herukas. May the wisdom light radiate from the body, speech, and mind of all the deities of the King Hayagriva (马头明王). Purify the obscurations of the three doors, and may you become the embodiment of the complete empowerment of body, speech, and mind. Chief of all the mandalas of glorious Hayagriva, the sole mother, supreme yum, Ekajaṭīmā (梵文：Ekajaṭīmā), the wisdom hero Avalokiteśvara (观世音), the mistress of life, the secret wisdom yum, the obedient messenger Phra Men Bi La Pu Shu Da M Go, the four great wrathful lineages with their consorts, the eight subjugating wrathful deities and eight wrathful goddesses, the four empowering wrathful goddesses and the assembly of Dharma protectors, Padmasambhava (莲师), all the deities of speech, may they gather here and bless these fortunate disciples with the unchanging blessing of the body, and pacify all diseases, demonic influences, sins, obstacles, and unfavorable circumstances of the body. Bestow the supreme empowerment of the glory of the body upon the body, and may all appearances of the body arise as deities. At the end of the heart mantra, Kāya siddhi phala hūṃ (Kāya siddhi phala hūṃ). Place the torma on the forehead. By this, you receive the empowerment and blessings of the body, and you are empowered to meditate on the form of the dance of the great and powerful Hayagriva, making you fortunate to obtain the Nirmāṇakāya (化身). Again, from the Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿) at the throat, rays of light like the threads of dawn emanate and dissolve into your throat, dispelling all obstacles such as sins, diseases, and demonic influences of speech. The blessings of the Speech Vajra enter your speech. Generate devotion that blazes like fire. Hūṃ hrīḥ The offering vessel of great empowerment, etc., as above. May they gather here and bless these fortunate disciples with the unobstructed blessing of speech, and pacify all diseases, demonic influences, sins, obstacles, and unfavorable circumstances of speech. Bestow the supreme empowerment of the voice of Brahma upon speech, and may the channels, winds, sounds, and voices transform into mantras. At the end of the heart mantra, Vāka siddhi phala hūṃ (vāka siddhi phala hūṃ). By this, you receive the empowerment and blessings of speech, and you are empowered to recite the recitations of approach, accomplishment, and activity, making you fortunate to obtain the Sambhogakāya (报身). Again, from the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at the heart center, rays of dark blue light like molten sky emanate and dissolve into your heart, dispelling all obstacles such as sins, diseases, and demonic influences of mind.
