The great red stream of wisdom and bliss, the offering of the play of non-duality, the great Puja of union and liberation, the objects of support, the objects of completion, the objects of accomplishment, the actual arrangement, the emanations of the mind, from which arise the clouds of offerings that please the Dakinis, without lack, a treasure of desires, filling the vast sky with offerings, joyfully accept and grant accomplishments, make complete in the sphere of reality any contradictions, errors, or faults, protect me according to the vows, pacify diseases, evil spirits, and the eight fears, increase life, glory, enjoyment, and fame, accomplish all desires, and eliminate harmful enemies and obstacles, especially protect the profound and secret teachings, prolong the life of those who uphold them, and swiftly liberate through fierce action any sinful beings who harm the teachings, in short, accomplish the activities without hindrance as desired. Bhyo! The realm of the secret Bhagas of the Mother, the form, speech, and mind free from the flaws of characteristics, the unchanging adornment of great bliss, praise to the chief of the queens of adornment! The space of the chief of the complete phenomena and existence, from the magical display of the purity of space, the forms of emanation of the past and the future, praise to the one with various magical powers! At the heart, after the unchanging life syllable, a hundred thousand Dakinis' life essences revolve, urged by the light of the self-nature heart, may all entrusted tasks be quickly accomplished. Om Trag Raksha Ruru Ruru Hum Bhyo Hum Phet! Recite the approach and accomplishment mantra as much as possible, transform the activity ritual as desired, constantly make offerings and keep the vows, thereby without doubt like a servant. Samaya! The wheel of existence and non-existence revolves in the sphere of reality, unborn and unceasing, this is also a great vow of joy, in the state of non-duality fulfill the heart commitment, from the magical display of the bliss of space, a treasure of desires that satisfies all, with the distinctions of the offerings of phenomena and existence, fulfill the heart commitment of the ocean of Dakinis. Outer offerings of the five sensual pleasures, the four continents, Mount Meru, the wealth of gods and humans, the clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings, fulfill the heart commitment of the ocean of Dakinis. With heaps of bones and various harmonious samaya substances, fulfill the heart commitment of the ocean of Dakinis (Kha-dro Gyatso); Secret medicine offerings, blood offerings (Rakhta), and the supreme asceticism of union and liberation, along with life wheels and soul stones, fulfill the heart commitment of the ocean of Dakinis; The utterly secret expanse of great bliss equality, the object to be fulfilled and the fulfiller are devoid of characteristics; Self-awareness is primordially pure, thereby fulfilling the heart commitment of the ocean of Dakinis; In short, with a collection of desirable sense pleasures, offering substances, supports, fulfilling substances, and substances for accomplishment, with outer, inner, and secret offering clouds, fulfill the heart commitment of the ocean of Dakinis; Having fulfilled your solemn heart commitment, we yogis and our retinues, regarding the vows and precepts of individual liberation, Bodhisattva, and secret mantra, from conscious or unconscious violations, and from the karmic effects of the three doors' carelessness, having committed actions that disturb the Dakinis, we confess and vow to refrain from all of them; Please accept our repentance and accomplish all activities, bestow the actual attainments of body, speech, and mind; Assembly of Dakinis, do not be distracted, do not transgress, fulfill the samaya, avert obstacles, accomplish intentions; Protect and propagate the teachings, and spread well-being throughout the world; Pacify all unfavorable circumstances, and increase all favorable conditions and goodness; Always protect in all places and times, and accomplish this entrusted task; Thus, continually strive in confession and fulfillment, pacify the disturbances of the Mamos, and may the desired activities be accomplished; Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，vow), entrust this supreme mantra lord, the essence of life, to the qualified disciple; Visualize the mandala offering as the deity, and recite; Bathe the disciple, and establish boundaries to dispel obstacles; Offer the Mandala and pray: Homage to Heruka, the glorious lord!
