鲜花妙香供，明光香水献美食， 乐音形色香味触，吉祥物兆七政宝。 楼阁如意浴池满，园林宝瓶如意树， 珍伞幢幡幡条美，拂尘扇子扬香粉。 天衣绫罗绸缎裳，珍宝饰品何精美， 七近珍宝陈设妙，有情无情世界大。 歌声乐曲韵律妙，美食佳酿品类多， 天神天女众围绕，嬉戏歌舞心欢喜。 金刚明妃十六尊，药酒血食朵玛供， 无量无边诸刹土，无量供品自然成。 普贤菩萨大愿力，虚空藏定三摩地， 生乐空双运之妙，无量供云遍虚空。 坛城诸尊众眷属，金刚自在祈纳受。 三界所有诸显现，皆为金刚身坛城。 祈愿成就无死度母，任运成就大圆满。 愿彼所生诸显现， 无量供养大云聚，无漏自显大乐云。 法界所生法界饰，本来清净大坛城。 不变金刚大虚空，光明幻化明点聚。 智慧显现朗然照，离供能供自圆满。 祈以圆满誓句力，所有违誓及过失， 根本支分诸戒律，违犯错谬悉皆有， 坛城本尊众圣前，至诚忏悔尽发露。 祈请慈悲垂念我，赐予无碍胜悉地。 远离生死迁变等，寂灭死主分别念。 祈愿圣度母如意轮，成就金刚三宝尊。 此为持明者之僧众 衮桑伟瑟宁波 著（根钦·确吉洛珠），以此愿自他一切众生皆能现证无死度母之智慧身。 愿一切吉祥！

Divine garments of silk, beautiful ornaments of precious jewels, The seven precious possessions nearby, the great array of the environment and its inhabitants. Songs and melodies in metered verse, various foods and drinks, Many gods and goddesses, delightful gatherings of dance and play. Sixteen vajra consorts, medicine, rakta, torma, tsok offerings, and so forth, In immeasurable, vast realms, all spontaneously present, inconceivable offerings. Through the aspiration of Samantabhadra and the samadhi of the treasury of space, The skill of playing with bliss and emptiness that arises, the boundless clouds of offerings. May the vajra lords of all the mandala deities delight in them. May all the appearances of the three realms be the great mandala of the vajra body. May it be perfectly accomplished as the great spontaneously present support of the immortal noble one. May the objects of appearance that arise from that, The great clouds of as many offerings as there are, the clouds of uncontaminated self-appearance, great bliss. Arising from the expanse and the ornaments of the expanse, the great primordial purity, The unchanging, great empty space of the original nature, the great clear light, illusory bindu. The clear, luminous appearance of wisdom, fulfilling by being free from offering and offerer. Through the blessings of fulfilling the heart commitment, whatever breaches and natural faults there are, Whatever contradictions, errors, and transgressions there are in the root and branch commitments, In the presence of the mandala deities, I confess and reveal them with intense remorse. Please consider me with love and grant me the unclouded, pure siddhis. May freedom from birth, death, change, and elaboration, and the death lord's conceptual thoughts be pacified into space. May the supreme vajra of the wish-fulfilling wheel of the noble one be accomplished. This fulfillment of the heart essence of the immortal noble one was composed by the monk of awareness, Kunzang Osel Nyingpo Tsal (Khyentse Chokyi Lodrö).
