Especially, bless the tongue, and at the end of the root mantra, offer by reciting seven times 'བ་ལིཾ་ཨི་དཾ་གྲིཧྞ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི་བྷུཉྫ་ཧོ། རཀྟ་པི་པ་ཏོ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔'. Pray to the glorious Mahakala, the king of blood drinkers, and all the Dharma protectors taught, especially Legden (meaning 'possessing goodness') Black Mahakala and his retinue, to accept this vast offering of Torma and accomplish the requested activities. Praise: Hum! From the mandala of great bliss inseparable, arises the wrathful and terrifying form, dark blue-black, untamed, a fearsome body, Legden (meaning 'possessing goodness'), the brave hero, mighty and powerful, controlling the three realms, the Black Mahakala riding a tiger, destroying the enemies of the teachings, to you I prostrate and praise! Running through the ocean of blood, instantly traversing the three realms, to Machig Remati (the supreme mother Remati) I prostrate and praise! Emanated from the body, speech, and mind of Legden (meaning 'possessing goodness') Black Mahakala, subduing enemies and obstacles, appearing as the seven arrogant deities, the messengers of activity, the seven Dakinis of the charnel ground, I praise the retinue of emanations from the sphere of wisdom! Various emanated messengers, uncertain and diverse, with fangs, birds of prey, and ferocious beings, to the eight classes of beings and their retinues I offer praise, may our wishes be fulfilled at this time!' Thus praise. Method of recitation: Visualize in the heart of Mahakala and his retinue, on a sun disc, the syllable Hum, surrounded by their respective mantras, propelled by the light from my heart, effortlessly accomplishing all desired boundless activities. Then recite: 'ཨཱོྃ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་རཱུ་པ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔', this is the essence of the body. 'ཨཱོྃ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་རཀྴ་དུ་བེང་ཎི་ཛ༔', this is the essence of speech. 'ཨཱོྃ་ཤྲཱི་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཏྲི་ཡཾ་ཛ་ཛཿདགྲ་བོ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔', this is the essence of mind, and the main part of the recitation. 'ཏྲག་རཀྴ་ཧ་ལ་དགྲ་བོ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཛཿཛ༔', this is the essence of the goddess. 'དུ་ན་རུ་དྲ་རུ་ཐུཾ་བྷ་ཏི་ཛ༔ ཤཱུ་ལ་རཱ་ཙ་ཏྲི་ཤཾ་ཛ༔ བཛྲ་ཏྲི་སྣ་སཱ་དྷུ་ཁ་ཐུཾ་ཏྲི་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿདགྲ་བོ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔', this is the Monpa mantra, combine the recitation methods of the main deity and the retinue, recite as appropriate, and finally make offerings and pray for activities. If you want to perform a Tsog offering and confession, you can do it at this time. If there is a fixed Torma offering regularly, then recite: 'Hum! Lord of the assembly of gods, master of the assembly, glorious Mahakala, inseparable from the goddess, and his retinue, please come to this place, accept this offering of Torma.' etc., arrange in a common way, make offerings and praises, ask for forgiveness, request to return, gather the Samaya holders, and make aspirations for auspiciousness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Such words should be spoken. The key points of the three activities of approach, accomplishment, and action can be learned from old texts, but here only the Torma offering ritual is mentioned. Third, the empowerment ritual: The self-generation, offerings, recitations, and supplications for activities are all done as before. The disciple's actions: Bathing and prostrations, with the expulsion of obstacles preceding. After explaining the various connections, it is particularly important to note here that the glorious Yeshe Gonpo (Wisdom Protector) known as 'Tiger-Riding Black Mahakala' is unique in that the blessings of the greatness, majesty, power, strength, and ability of all the command protectors surpass others. This tantra was spoken by the Great Vajradhara and entrusted to the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani. Then, it was transmitted through Padmasambhava, Shantigarbha, Vasudhara (梵文天城体: वसुधारा,梵文罗马拟音: Vasudhara,English literal meaning: Wealth-giver) and other Vidyadharas and accomplished masters, and finally bestowed upon Nubchen Sangye Yeshe. From Gewashe Dra Ngakundrak, it was passed down through Sowan Bumdrak, Kyoban Thuchen, and Che Domde Senge. The extremely profound and sealed teachings were divided into three groups by Nubchen and hidden as treasures: the Bengma group, practiced like a wealth deity, was hidden in Nyukgi Dorje Trombu; the Triyam group, practiced like a command attendant, was hidden in Pungpo Riwoche; and the Dukgi Pudri group, practiced as wrathful mantras, was hidden in Yunggi Dzalu Mo. These were extracted from the treasures by Gyazhang Khrom Dorje Bar, and transmitted through Rok Drak Seng, Rok Sherwang, and Che Domde Senge. This is a profound subsequent permission that possesses both the Kama (oral transmission) and Terma (treasure) lineages. In performing the practice, the actions of the master precede. The disciple's actions are divided into preliminary and main practices. First, for the preliminary practice, offer a mandala and then supplicate: 'Lord of Great Compassion, Teacher, please listen. For the sake of subduing the enemies and obstacles of the teachings, grant me the practice of the Protector.' Repeat this three times. The teacher asks: 'Can you properly worship this glorious Mahakala? Can you act in accordance with the entrusted activities and vows?' The disciple also promises to be able to do so. The teacher says again: 'Son, who is a worthy vessel, for the sake of protecting the Buddha's teachings, I will bestow upon you the practice of the Protector. You should diligently worship with joy.' Thus he advises. Vajra Master Sangye Pal, etc., performs the common confession. In the main practice, the teacher visualizes the disciple as the deity. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
