Reciting the Four Immeasurables (ཚད་མེད་བཞིར་བཟླ་བ།): Reciting the Inner Four Activities (ནང་ཕྲིན་ལས་བཞིར་བཟླ་བ།), Reciting the Four Secret Wisdoms (གསང་བ་ཡེ་ཤེས་བཞིར་བཟླ་བ་སྟེ།). Thinking of accomplishing that activity with the four syllables (seed syllables) (ཨཱོྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih), ཧཱ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हा, Romanized Sanskrit: hā, Literal meaning: Ha)) and reciting, as it is said, 'Reciting the number of one hundred thousand times, it will be accomplished through meditation.' Then is the practice: In the first of the three weeks, contemplate the emanation and absorption of black light, purifying hatred; in the second week, contemplate the emanation and absorption of red light, purifying desire; in the third week, contemplate the emanation and absorption of white light, purifying ignorance. By reciting in this way, one will gradually attain the fruit of the three bodies. The great practice is: In front of the secret painted image, arrange flowers of great meat, lamps of great fat, water of blood, torma of great meat, and then recite. Offer the offerings and torma, praise and request activities, etc. The instructions of the Completion Stage should be learned from the treasure texts. For daily yoga, at the end of the recitation, conclude the session as usual, and then enter the session break. If offering torma at this time, bless it as before, recite 'ཕཻཾ་' to invite, and then recite seven times 'ཨཱོྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཾ་ཧཾ་ཧེ་ཧེ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧི་ཧི་ཕེཾ་ཕེཾ་ཕེཾ༔', then make offerings and praises as before, especially the incense of great meat, etc., recite twenty-one times 'ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧྲཱིཿཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཧ་', then: “ཧཱུྃ༔ Great Burning Dakini, Guardian of the Eight Great Charnel Grounds (དུར་ཁྲོད་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་གནས་སྲུང་བ༔), Accomplishing activities, protecting, meat-eating Dakini, Traveling with Dakinis and power, Traveling with mind, Traveling with feet, Together with hundreds of thousands of their retinues, Those who are greedy for flesh and blood, Those who seize life and breath, Offering to the activity Dakinis. Flesh and blood, incense and fat, Five great nectars, Brain mixed with bodhicitta, Honey, blood, and brain mixed, Neem, dog's fat, And elephant's bile, wolf's meat, Various dried meats, Guggul incense, Please accept the offerings, assembly of Dakinis, Enjoy this great red torma, Please spread the Buddha's teachings, Please eliminate obstacles, enemies, and hindrances.” Recite 'ཨཱོྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཾ་ཧཾ་' etc., accompanied by the sound of music, requesting and stimulating activities, and also perform the Ganachakra offering. Third is the ritual of empowerment: Self and front equally practice, the ritual is as before. The disciple's actions are bathing, dispelling obstacles, explaining the Dharma and connections as appropriate, then offering the mandala, prayer and refuge and bodhicitta, like two faces. Note: Proceed in advance. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The basis of empowerment is: On the triangle of the mandala (maṇḍala, circle) dharmodaya (chos 'byung, source of dharma), visualize the naked disciple sitting in vajra posture (skyil krung, lotus position), with the guru Heruka (He-ru-ka, blood-drinking deity) visualized above the crown of the head, and contemplate that the body, speech, and mind of the guru bless the body, speech, and mind of the disciple. There are six types of actual empowerment. The first is empowerment through deity visualization: Contract the lower wind, visualize yourself as the body of a yogini (rnal 'byor ma, consort), and in the center of the four-petaled lotus at the navel, visualize a red Hrih (hrīḥ, seed syllable) surrounded by the root mantra (rtsa ba'i sngags, root mantra). From this, rays of light emanate, inviting countless Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes (dpa' bo, heroes), and dakinis (mkha' 'gro, sky dancers), who dissolve into you, thereby blessing your body, speech, and mind. Generate conviction in this. The second is empowerment through syllables (yi ge, letters): In the disciple's navel, visualize a red Hrih, from which arises a red dharmodaya, marked with the syllable Hrih, rotating to the left. In the heart chakra, visualize a black Hum (hūṃ, seed syllable), from which arises a black Yungdrung (g.yung drung, swastika), marked with three Hum syllables, rotating to the right. In the throat chakra, visualize a white Om (āṃ, seed syllable), from which arises a white Yungdrung, marked with the syllable Om, rotating to the left. In the crown chakra, visualize a yellow Ham (hāṃ, seed syllable), from which arises a yellow Yungdrung, marked with the syllable Ham, rotating to the right. Finally, dissolve the guru at the crown of the head and focus on the syllables of the four places, thereby empowering. Recite mantras, burn incense, and play music. The third is empowerment through incense: Focus on the Yungdrung in the heart chakra, burn black cat feces, red lotus (padma rakta, red lotus), human flesh (sha chen, human flesh), guggul (gu gul, myrrh), human brain (klad chen, human brain), five amritas (bdud rtsi lnga, five nectars), sheep's tongue and the flesh of the four limbs, cow hair, and your own hair. Fumigate the disciple and the painted image with the smoke, and recite: Om Hrim Hrim Hum Hum Svaha (oṃ hrīṃ hrīṃ hūṃ hūṃ svāhā, Om Hrim Hrim Hum Hum Svaha). Recite mantras, burn incense, and play music. The fourth is empowerment through flowers: Take a beautiful red flower from the mandala and place it on the disciple's head. Visualize that the flower represents a red, radiant yogini body, dissolving into the disciple's heart chakra, and recite Phat (phaiṃ, seed syllable) twenty-one times in one breath. Recite mantras, burn incense, and play music. The fifth is empowerment through light: Visualize the disciple clearly as the deity, with a red A (a, seed syllable) blazing in the navel chakra and a white Ham marked in the crown chakra. By contracting the lower wind, kindle the inner heat (gtum mo, inner heat), burning the four chakras in sequence. The Ham syllable in the crown chakra melts, and the bodhicitta (byang sems, mind of enlightenment) dissolves into the A, causing the fire to blaze even more intensely. Burn the body and the karmic imprints (bag chags, habitual tendencies) of the body, along with discursive thoughts (rnam rtog, conceptual thoughts), and have the disciple settle single-pointedly in a state of non-conceptualization. Recite mantras, burn incense, and play music. In this way, the disciple will not feel the existence of the body, nor will they feel the breath moving in and out. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
