Without distraction, upon the head of the horse, the fire bird (Tibetan: མེའི་བྱ་ཁྱུང་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अग्नि गरुड, Sanskrit Romanized: Agni Garuda, Literal meaning: Fire Garuda) with iron beak and claws, devouring and subduing nagas and demons. On the right, the wrathful Yaksha (Tibetan: ཡཀྴ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यक्ष, Sanskrit Romanized: yakṣa, Literal meaning: Yaksha) flaming red, holding a fire hammer and a lasso. On the left, the Yaksha with iron hair, blackish-yellow in color resembling a Monpa, holding an iron vajra and a fire hook. In front, the emanation of the karmic iron scorpion, black, with nine heads and nine eyes, uttering a venomous roar. Furthermore, emanated karmic figures, seven Monpas on the right, seven butchers on the left, and so on, surrounded by a multitude of fierce and terrifying retinues. Outside of that, there are the tents of the ten wrathful ones, and the tents of a thousand-spoked wheel rotating in a crisscross pattern, and the tents of vajras, and the tents of various weapons, and the tent chambers blazing with the fire of wisdom, arranged in layers, cutting off and burning to ashes even the mere name of harm-doers, and thinking that it is indestructible. Then, by reciting 'ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Literal meaning: Om Ah Hum Svaha), empowered by the five wisdoms, one should generate the pride of becoming a body that is supreme and unparalleled. At my heart, upon the sun disc, the black syllable 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), surrounded by the root mantra, radiates light. Subduing all the malicious ones, establishing them on the ground of enlightenment. Offering to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. All blessings and powers are gathered back and absorbed into the 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at the heart. Purifying all sins and obscurations, generating glory and power. The radiation and gathering of light, dispelling obstacles and gathering accomplishments, are one with the movement of the wind. Therefore, mainly reciting the ten-syllable root mantra 'ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་ཝ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ vajrakrodha hayagrīva hūṃ phaṭ, Literal meaning: Om, Vajra Wrathful, Hayagriva, Hum, Phat), and during the breaks between sessions, gathering the deities into the seed syllable at the heart. Then, completing the upward process, remaining in a state of non-objectification and freedom from elaboration, and dedicating the merit. Thus, through the root practice, whatever signs of superior, middling, or inferior nature may manifest, afterwards, again visualizing from my heart, the emanation of small wrathful ones raining down weapons, and the retinue devouring the flesh and blood of all harm-doers. After the root mantra, reciting: 'Yaksha Nagpo strikes the pulse of harmful males and females, strikes the life, strikes the heart, strikes the flesh, strikes the blood, strikes the bones, strikes the brain, strikes the mind of nagas, spirits, earth lords, and demons. Yaksha Kala Chenpo devours the citta of earth lords, nagas, spirits, and demons, devour the citta, crush the citta, confuse the citta, extract the citta, cut the citta, stir the citta, thum thum, ril ril, strike, ya ya, bhayo bhayo, life...' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

rtsa chod chod (Cut! Cut!) snying rtsa phyungs phyungs (Extract the essence! Extract the essence!) gtubs gtubs kham kham (Chop! Chop! Kham! Kham!) rbad rbad (Strike! Strike!) dum bur rbud rbud (Strike into pieces! Strike into pieces!) nāga rāja māraya sodh sodh (Sanskrit transliteration: nāga rāja māraya sodh sodh, Destroy the Naga King! Destroy!) myogs bam ril māraya rbad rbad (Sanskrit transliteration: myogs bam ril māraya rbad rbad, Quickly destroy!) Recite these fierce mantras intensely. Finally, contemplate all harmers and harmed as being without object, free from elaboration, and cultivate the union of self-arisen luminosity and great compassion. Then conclude the practice as before. If you wish to offer a torma during the session breaks, you can do so according to the Nyangter instructions, which will not conflict with the meaning and will be easy to implement in the present circumstances. Third, the Blessing: In the self-front equal practice, as with the torma ritual, invite the wisdom being, make offerings and praises. The only difference is that afterwards, you engage in recitation. For the disciple's actions, perform bathing and dispel obstacles. The special point is to add 'Invited from the throat of Lhodrak's Hayagriva by Guru Rinpoche Chokyi Wangchuk.' Then, the disciple offers a mandala and prays: 'Please listen, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and the Guru. I, named [disciple's name], from this time until I reach the essence of enlightenment, will regard the Bhagavan Wrathful King Hayagriva as my Yidam. Please Guru, bless me.' Pray like this three times, then accumulate merit through the seven-branch offering. After that, for a special purpose, pray: 'Please Guru, listen. Please grant me the subsequent permission of the body of glorious Hayagriva. Please purify the sins and obscurations of my body. Please bless my body with well-being.' Pray like this. Place a flower on the disciple's head and purify it into emptiness with Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, Nature). From emptiness, on a lotus and sun cushion, from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Seed Syllable) arises the Wrathful King glorious Hayagriva, and so on, as in the self-generation, up to 'radiating immeasurable small wrathful ones.' Visualize the Guru as clear as glorious Hayagriva, from whose heart rays of light radiate, and all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas dissolve into the deity on the crown of the head in the form of glorious Hayagriva. Place the body representation on the crown of the head and recite: 'Bhagavan, please bestow upon this one, please guide this one, please bless this Hayagriva, please empower this Hayagriva, from this time onwards, until the supreme horse is attained, regard you as the Yidam deity, please always bless.' After reciting, Hayagriva dissolves into light, dissolving into the disciple, and contemplate that the disciple is immediately transformed into the body of Hayagriva, then recite mantras and play music. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
