Rinchen TerdzodTD2487 The Section on the Accomplishment Practice with Blessings of the Secret Accomplishment of Hayagriva, According to the Kyer Gang Tradition. The Section on the Accomplishment Practice with Blessings of the Secret Accomplishment of Hayagriva, According to the Kyer Gang Tradition. Oṃ Svasti! With the splendor of wisdom's kalpa-fire blazing, burning all the fuel of demonic hordes, Lord Hayagriva, who commands the three realms, after paying homage, I will elaborate on the essence of his accomplishment. Here, in connection with the accomplishment practice of the Secret Accomplishment of Hayagriva of the Kyer Gang tradition, there are three parts to the empowerment: the arrangement of the preparatory implements, the actual accomplishment practice, and the ritual of blessings and empowerment. First, the arrangement of implements: On the platform, place a red triangular dharmodaya, a green truncated pyramid, and in the center, a mandala with a circular fire rim, upon which is a sun cushion with a seed syllable or a heap. On top of that, place a throne with a glorious torma bearing a horse's head, established as the support of the deity. In front, arrange four sets or three sets of tormas for the lama, yidam, protectors, and local deities, along with offerings of medicine, rakta, water, and other necessities. All necessary items such as vajra and bell should be assembled. Second, the accomplishment practice begins with preliminaries: Dispelling obstacles with a torma, establishing boundaries, taking refuge, generating bodhicitta, and contemplating the four immeasurables are done beforehand. The main practice is as follows: Purify everything into emptiness with Svabhava. From within emptiness, from Paṃ arises a lotus, and from Raṃ arises a sun cushion. Upon that, from one's own mind Hrīḥ arises a lotus marked with Hrīḥ, which transforms completely. One's self becomes the wrathful king Hayagriva, with a red body, three faces, and six arms. The root face is red, the right is green, and the left is white. Each face has three eyes, and each face is wrathful, baring fangs. The hair, beard, and eyebrows blaze like fire. On the crown of the three heads are three green horse heads, mouths open and neighing. Sparks of fire emanate from the mane, filling the three thousand worlds. Of the six arms, the first right hand holds a vajra, the second holds a khatvanga, and the third holds a sword. The first left hand makes a threatening gesture, the second holds a short spear, and the third holds a lasso. Adorned with a crown of five dry human heads and a necklace of fifty wet ones. Wearing a human skin as an upper garment and an elephant hide as a covering, with a tiger skin as a lower garment. Adorned with a Brahmin thread of human hair, drops of blood, drawings of fat, heaps of ashes, and clusters of snakes. The eight feet trample on the eight great nagas in the form of snakes. Residing within a blaze of wisdom fire. From the throat down to the abdomen, filled with self-arisen wrathful deities, the sound of mantras resounding without interruption. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Subjugating the armies of demons: On the forehead, Oṃ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡); on the throat, Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿); on the heart, Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Above the Hūṃ, on the sun, Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:赫利). Visualize that everywhere, internally and externally, emanated messengers and the fire of wisdom blaze and rage, pervading everything. Recite: Oṃ Hrīḥ Padmāntakṛt Vajra Krodha Hayagrīva Hulu Hulu Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཔདྨཱནྟ་ཀྲྀཏ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་བ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔). Finally, recite: Oṃ Vajra Dun Bhyo Tig Nan Ja Ja (藏文:ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་དུན་བྷྱོ་ཏིག་ནན་ཛཿཛ༔) Samaya Tvam (藏文:ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ༔), which is the mantra for subjugation. Khaṃ Rakṣa Samaya Ja (藏文:ཁཾ་རཀྴ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛ༔)! Khaṃ Rakṣa Samaya Bhyo (藏文:ཁཾ་རཀྴ་ས་མ་ཡ་བྷྱོ༔)! Khaṃ Rakṣa Samaya Zlok (藏文:ཁཾ་རཀྴ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཟློག༔)! Khaṃ Rakṣa Samaya Tub (藏文:ཁཾ་རཀྴ་ས་མ་ཡ་གཏུབས༔)! Khaṃ Rakṣa Samaya Byer (藏文:ཁཾ་རཀྴ་ས་མ་ཡ་བྱེར༔)! Bhūṃpo Māraya Ja Ja (藏文:འབྱུང་པོ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཛཿཛ༔)! For the last seven mantras, 'Khaṃ Rakṣa' can be omitted. Recite these wrathful mantras as much or as little as you like. Finally, gather into non-objectification and dedicate the merit to enlightenment. When offering torma during breaks, first purify. From emptiness, visualize that in the container kapāla, the five meats and five amṛtas melt and transform into a great ocean of amṛta. Bless it by reciting three times: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Ha Ho Hrīḥ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཧོ་ཧྲཱིཿ). From the Hūṃ at the heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the guests of the torma into the space in front. First, offer the torma to the lama; second, offer it to the yidam, adding after the root mantra: Idam Balinta Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi (藏文:ཨི་དམ་བ་ལིནྟ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི༔), Gṛhṇa Gṛhṇa Bhuñja Ho (藏文:གྷྲྀཧྞ་གྷྲྀཧྞ་བྷུཉྫ་ཧོ༔), Rakta Pipato Samaya Svāhā (藏文:རཀྟ་པི་པ་ཏོ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔), reciting three or seven times, etc. Then offer double water, sensual pleasures, and musical instruments, as well as amṛta. Praise: Dharmakāya of all Buddhas, lineage of the lotus; Dharma Lord Amitābha, Vajra Dharma; Avalokiteśvara, Hrīḥ manifesting as the powerful body; Hayagrīva neighing, I prostrate! Offer the third torma to the dharma protectors and local deities, and pray: Please accept this offering torma! etc., and entrust them with activities. The rest is the same as usual. Third, the ritual of blessing: Self-generation and front-generation can be done together or separately. According to the tradition of the lama, first perform the self-generation of the deity and recitation, then bless the offerings, especially amṛta, blood offerings, and torma, according to the usual blessing method. Purify the maṇḍala and torma through emptiness. From emptiness, visualize that from Paṃ (藏文:པཾ) arises a lotus, from Raṃ (藏文:རཾ) arises a sun disc, on the sun disc is the syllable Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ), and 'Wrathful King Hayagrīva', up to 'Above the Hūṃ is the Hrīḥ on the sun', all as before, generate in front. From the seed syllable at the heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the Wrathful King and his retinue, reciting: Vajra Samāja (藏文:བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
