无死。（藏文：འཆི་མེད）形象清晰却不可执取，心性光明而无阻碍，愿获得无死之心的力量！嗡 班则萨埵 阿 吽。（藏文：ཙིཏྟ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།）将长寿宝瓶置于顶轮。 吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།）朵玛（供品）是珍宝堆积的宝藏，其精华充满智慧的精髓。为具缘弟子灌顶，愿获得无死长寿的加持！萨瓦 阿 瑜 嘉纳 阿 比 辛 查 吽。（藏文：སརྦ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།）如此灌顶。给予长寿丸。 舍！（藏文：ཧྲཱི༔）百味俱全的殊胜精华，具缘弟子若能品尝，此物即转变为无死甘露，愿获得持明长寿的加持！如此念诵，并持诵咒语。长寿酒也同样如此。 最后进行封印：从心间的长寿所依处放射光芒，身体被金刚铠甲般的光芒所覆盖，观想坚不可摧，并将金刚杵置于心间。吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།）坚不可摧的金刚坚固而稳定，具缘弟子应持守此物，以无余的四种事业，随顺调伏众生。 如此念诵。最后，将本尊的光明融入长寿所依处，并安住于不可思议、离戏论的境界中。弟子之后的行为，以及法会之后的行为，都应与通常的做法相同。由于金刚鬘的根本灌顶不易进行，因此从其中提取的精华，即广为人知的口耳相传的修法，如今已被广泛采用。正如从诺坚、图珠仁钦创巴（藏文：ནོར་རྒྱམ་ཐུགས་སྒྲུབ་རིན་ཆེན་ཕྲེང་བ་）中选取长寿勾招和灌顶词语一样，为了方便起见，这里也同样如此叙述。以各种仪轨的变化，为了迅速获得无死的果位，金刚鬘的长寿修法，被简略地归纳于此。莲师伏藏的长寿引导，即金刚鬘的长寿灌顶，是广为人知的修法仪轨的章节。

Immortality. (Tibetan: འཆི་མེད) The image is clear but cannot be grasped, the nature of mind is clear and unobstructed, may I obtain the power of the immortal heart! Tsi ta A Yu Jnya Na A Bhi Shin Tsa Hum. (Tibetan: ཙིཏྟ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།) Place the longevity vase on the crown of the head. Hum! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།) The Torma (offering) is a treasure of accumulated jewels, its essence is filled with the essence of wisdom. Bestow empowerment upon the fortunate disciple, may they obtain the blessing of immortal life! Sarva Ayu Jñana Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ. (Tibetan: སརྦ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།) Thus empower. Give the longevity pill. Hrih! (Tibetan: ཧྲཱི༔) The supreme essence with a hundred flavors, if a fortunate disciple tastes it, this will transform into immortal nectar, may they obtain the empowerment of the life of a vidyadhara! Thus recite, and recite the mantra. The longevity wine is also the same. Finally, seal it: From the life support at the heart, rays of light radiate, the body is covered by armor of vajra-like light, visualize it as indestructible, and place the vajra at the heart. Hum! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།) The indestructible vajra is solid and stable, the fortunate disciple should hold this, with all four activities without exception, tame beings according to their needs. Thus recite. Finally, dissolve the deity's clarity into the life support, and rest in a state of inconceivable, free from elaboration. The disciple's subsequent actions, and the actions after the ceremony, should be the same as usual. Since the root empowerment of the Vajra Garland is not easy to perform, the essence extracted from it, which is the well-known oral transmission practice, is now widely adopted. Just as longevity summoning and empowerment words are taken from Norgyam Tukdrup Rinchen Trengwa (Tibetan: ནོར་རྒྱམ་ཐུགས་སྒྲུབ་རིན་ཆེན་ཕྲེང་བ་), for the sake of convenience, it is also described here in the same way. With various ritual variations, in order to quickly obtain the fruit of immortality, the longevity practice of the Vajra Garland is briefly summarized here.
