Please come and bless! In this excellent mandala of the heart, please allow me to truly enter. (Pray three times), then introduce wisdom: Have the disciple sit upright, bind the breath, and visualize on the lotus sun disc seat, a red naked Dakini adorned with the five seals, dancing in a blissful posture, with a mirror-like light marked with 'Harini Sa' (ཧ་རི་ནི་ས，harini sa) at her heart, and focus on it without distraction. Visualize the wisdom beings descending like rain and snow, merging into the disciple. Recite the Seven-Line Prayer, and add 'Aveshaya Ah' (ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨཱཿ，ā be śa ya āḥ) at the end of the mantra, while burning incense and playing music. The main empowerment: Visualize the deities of the Torma (Offering Cake) mandala fully manifest, marked with white 'Om' (ཨོཾ，oṃ，oṃ，Body, Accumulates merit and wisdom, enabling the attainment of the body secret of all Buddhas) at their crown chakras, red 'Ah' (ཨཱཿ，āḥ，āḥ，Speech, Cuts off all evil speech, enabling the attainment of the speech secret of all Buddhas) at their throats, and blue 'Hum' (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hūṃ，Mind, Cuts off all thoughts, enabling the attainment of the mind secret of all Buddhas) at their hearts. Visualize countless white rays of light emanating from the 'Om' (ཨོཾ，oṃ，oṃ，Body, Accumulates merit and wisdom, enabling the attainment of the body secret of all Buddhas) at the crown of the Torma deity, inviting the body mandalas of all Buddhas in the ten directions, merging into your crown chakras, purifying the sins of the body, filling the body with white nectar, obtaining the vase empowerment, and marking the crown chakra with white 'Om' (ཨོཾ，oṃ，oṃ，Body, Accumulates merit and wisdom, enabling the attainment of the body secret of all Buddhas) as the empowerment symbol. Place the Torma on their crown chakra and recite: 'Emaho! Wonderful and amazing empowerment, being one with the Guru, non-dual with the Yidam deity, blessed by the Dakinis. Through the empowerment of the Torma of Samaya substances, by the blessings of the three roots, may the blessings of the body enter the body, may the obscurations of the body be purified, may you obtain the empowerment of the unchanging body and long life! Similarly, visualize countless red rays of light emanating from the 'Ah' (ཨཱཿ，āḥ，āḥ，Speech, Cuts off all evil speech, enabling the attainment of the speech secret of all Buddhas) at the throat of the Torma deity, inviting the speech mandalas of all Buddhas in the ten directions, merging into your throats, purifying the sins of speech, filling the body with red nectar, obtaining the secret empowerment, and marking the throat with red 'Ah' (ཨཱཿ，āḥ，āḥ，Speech, Cuts off all evil speech, enabling the attainment of the speech secret of all Buddhas) as the empowerment symbol. Place the Torma on their throat and recite: 'Emaho! Wonderful and amazing, etc., may the blessings of speech enter the speech, may the obscurations of speech be purified, may you obtain the empowerment of the essence of speech and scriptures!
