Even if one has received empowerment, there is no conflict in going to other places to teach the Dharma, because one has not actually obtained (real) power. After this is completed, one should make offerings and services to the completely pure Three Jewels of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha upwards; downwards, one should also give as much as possible to the poor, helpless, and pitiable people, and so on. In short, one should strive to accumulate merit and dedicate the roots of virtue to other beings to seal it. Samaya (vow). If a qualified Vajra Master wants to grant a qualified disciple the empowerment of increasing power for treasure texts, etc., then after the detailed vase empowerment instructions are completed, set up a throne on a mandala painted with eight lotus petals, and invite the master to sit in the posture of a teacher. The disciple sits in front, offers a mandala, folds their hands, and recites: 'Ema, Teacher Bhagavan! Wonderful! In the center of your heart mandala, the source of the Sugata's teachings is complete. We, the following disciples, beseech you to bestow the empowerment of increasing power, the treasure of the outer and inner vehicles!' Pray like this three times. Then, have the disciple visualize the letter Ba (Tibetan: བཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: va, literal Chinese meaning: wind) in the center of a white dot between the eyebrows, and recite it. Holding the root of the Sravaka's Dharma Sutra in their hand, or a scripture belonging to that part, give it to the disciple and say: 'Emaho! Son of a fortunate lineage, you have received the Dharma of the words of the Sravaka Vehicle, may you obtain the power to be free from desire and quickly attain the fruit of Arhat!' When giving it like this, both the teacher and disciple should visualize the disciple merging with the Dharma, transforming into a white Ba and disappearing. Afterwards, visualize a red dot in the disciple's mouth, marked with the letter Tsa (Tibetan: ཙ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: च, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ca, literal Chinese meaning: conduct), accompanied by recitation. Handing over the scripture of the Sutra Pitaka, say: 'Emaho! Son of a fortunate lineage, you have received the Dharma of Dependent Origination of the Pratyekabuddha Vehicle, may you obtain the power of self-liberation and quickly attain the fruit of the Ten Bhumis!' When saying this, visualize the Tsa transforming into red and disappearing. Secretly, visualize a blue dot, marked with the letter Va (Tibetan: ཝ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: व, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: va, literal Chinese meaning: water), accompanied by recitation. Handing over the scripture of the Abhidhamma Pitaka, or a scripture belonging to that part, say: 'Emaho! Son of a fortunate lineage, you have received the Dharma of the Bodhisattva's aspiration and practice, may you obtain the power to purify anger and attain the position of the Twelve Truths!' When saying this, visualize the Va transforming into blue and disappearing. In this way, the fruit of the three seeds matures into the Nirmanakaya and becomes proficient in the lower vehicle's Dharma. Again, have the disciple clearly visualize a white dot in the navel, marked with the letter Ha (Tibetan: ཧ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ha, literal Chinese meaning: space), and begin to recite. Handing over the scripture of the Kriya Tantra, say: 'Emaho! Son of a fortunate lineage,' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

‘O son of noble lineage, since you are entrusted with the Dharma of Kriya (action tantra), may your afflictive obscurations and ignorance be naturally liberated, and may you attain the twelfth bhumi (ground)!’ After reciting this, visualize the syllable ‘Ha’ transforming into white and dissolving. Visualize a red bindu (drop) at the navel, marked with the syllable ‘Sa’, and recite the mantra. Entrust him with the scriptures of Upa (auxiliary), saying: ‘Emaho! O son of noble lineage, since you are entrusted with the Dharma possessing two Upas, may your afflictive obscurations and jealousy be naturally purified, and may you attain the thirteenth chakra (wheel) bhumi!’ After reciting this, visualize the syllable ‘Sa’ transforming into white and dissolving. Visualize a blue bindu at the nose, marked with the syllable ‘Ma’, and begin the recitation. Entrust him with the book of Yoga, saying: ‘Emaho! O son of noble lineage, since you are entrusted with the Dharma of Yoga Bodhi, may your afflictive obscurations and anger be naturally liberated, and may you attain the Akanishta (highest heaven) bhumi in one lifetime!’ After reciting this, visualize the syllable ‘Ma’ transforming into blue and dissolving. Thus, the fruit of the three syllables matures into the Sambhogakaya (enjoyment body), and one gains mastery over the Dharma of the intermediate vehicle. At the crown of the disciple's head, visualize a white bindu marked with the syllable ‘Om’ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), accompanied by recitation, entrust him with the book of Generation Stage Mahayoga (Great Yoga), saying: ‘Emaho! O son of noble lineage, since you are entrusted with the Dharma of the three aspects of Samadhi (concentration), may the afflictive obscurations be transformed, and may you realize the omniscient wisdom!’ After reciting this, visualize the syllable ‘Om’ transforming into white and dissolving. At the throat, visualize a red bindu marked with the syllable ‘Ah’ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), accompanied by recitation, entrust him with the book of Anuyoga (Subsequent Yoga), saying: ‘Emaho! O son of noble lineage, since you are entrusted with the Dharma of Dharmadhatu (the expanse of reality) and wisdom, may the waves of confused activity be liberated, and may you realize all supreme qualities!’ After reciting this, visualize the syllable ‘Ah’ transforming into red and dissolving. At the heart, visualize a blue bindu marked with the syllable ‘Hum’ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and begin the recitation of that syllable. Entrust him with the book of Complete Atiyoga (Supreme Yoga), saying: ‘Emaho! O son of noble lineage, since you are entrusted with the Dharma of the royal path of the three Kayas (bodies), may you gain mastery over all Dharmas, and may you attain Buddhahood in one lifetime!’ After reciting this, both the master and disciple visualize the disciple and the Dharma becoming one, transforming into a blue syllable ‘Hum’ and dissolving. Thus, the fruit of the three syllables matures into the Dharmakaya (truth body), and one gains mastery over the Dharma of the higher vehicle. Relying on receiving the empowerment of the scriptures of the nine vehicles, one is capable of reading and practicing the teachings of the nine vehicles. All Dharmas are included within the nine vehicles, especially the treasure scriptures and the manuscripts of treatises. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
