Whatever is thought, think it; whatever is remembered, remember it; whatever is seen, see it; whatever is known, know it; Directly gazing at the essence, emptiness is seen with superior insight; The five poisons transform into five wisdoms, the three poisons transform into three bodies; This is the superior view, accomplishing the thought of superior insight. Whatever one thinks, think it; whatever one remembers, remember it; whatever one sees, see it; whatever one knows, know it; Directly gazing at the essence, emptiness is seen with superior insight; If the nature of the five poisons is recognized, they are seen as wisdom with superior insight; If the three poisons are recognized, they are seen as the three bodies; This is what a practitioner of superior insight meditation realizes; If one understands in this way, one's intention is accomplished. Furthermore, look inward, look at the mind; Look at the emptiness of the mind itself; All phenomena are similarly empty; The meditation of Dzogchen (Great Perfection) is looking at one's own mind; Thus, the Great Perfection is meditated upon without distraction; Whatever one's actions may be, look at them without altering them; Furthermore, look inward, look at one's own mind; Look at the emptiness of one's own mind; All phenomena are similarly empty; The root of what is called the meditation of Dzogchen is looking at the essence of one's own mind; Thus, this Great Perfection must be meditated upon without a moment's distraction; Whatever one's actions may be, look at them without altering them. Realize that the nature of the mind is emptiness; Realize that one's own mind is the Dharmakaya (Body of Truth); Realize that the nature of one's own mind is emptiness; Furthermore, realizing that the nature of one's own mind is the Dharmakaya is the result; Having decided that everything is empty; Whatever arises in the mind, such as abandoning virtue; It is not permissible to act; One should not give in to the power of emptiness alone; Then, one should not give in to the power of the five poisons; Whatever is virtuous or sinful, one should not grasp as real; One should not grasp any phenomena; The experience of the mind's nature, bliss, clarity, and non-thought; One should not grasp anything as real. Having decided that everything is emptiness; Whatever arises in the mind, such as abandoning virtue; It is not permissible to act; One should not give in to the power of emptiness alone; Then, one should not give in to the power of the five poisons; Whatever is virtuous or sinful, one should not grasp as real; One should not grasp any phenomena; The experience of the mind's nature, bliss, clarity, and non-thought; One should not grasp anything as real; From the crown of the head to the soles of the feet; The six places and six realms, their seed syllables: A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无), Su(藏文:སུ,梵文天城体:सु,梵文罗马拟音:su,汉语字面意思:善于), Nri(藏文:ནྲྀ,梵文天城体:नृ,梵文罗马拟音:nṛ,汉语字面意思:人), Tri(藏文:ཏྲི,梵文天城体:त्रि,梵文罗马拟音:tri,汉语字面意思:三), Pre(藏文:པྲེ,梵文天城体:प्रे,梵文罗马拟音:pre,汉语字面意思:爱), Du(藏文:དུ,梵文天城体:दु,梵文罗马拟音:du,汉语字面意思:难); Again, from the three places (body, speech, and mind), the three syllables (Om, Ah, Hum); From the syllable 'Hum'(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) fire blazes, burning the seed syllables.

I, between the throat, heart, navel, secret place, and soles of the feet, contemplate the seed syllables of the six realms in the six chakras: A, Su, Nri, Tri, Pre, Du, De (Tibetan: ཨ་སུ་ནྲྀ་ཏྲི་པྲེ་དུ་དེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ सुनृ त्रि प्रे दु दे, Sanskrit Romanization: a su nṛ tri pre du de, Literal Chinese meaning: A Su Nu Zhi Zha De). Again, in one's own three places (body, speech, and mind), contemplate the three syllables Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), from the Hum syllable, flames arise and burn the seed syllables of the six realms. Squint and look at white, black, red, bindus, fine points, and strings of pearls, the light becomes brighter and brighter, the nature of reality manifests. The mind's conceptual thoughts disappear, experiencing bliss, clarity, and non-thought, whatever arises is not clung to, experiences and perceptions become more and more enhanced, and enlightenment is attained in the common Bardo. By looking at white, black, red, the colors and deity forms become clearer and clearer, or in the white bindu, Vairocana (梵:Vairocana) and others manifest, or in each bindu, the Five Dhyani Buddhas clearly appear, wisdom reaches perfection, and the Sambhogakaya is attained. After that, all experiences and realizations gradually disappear, realizing the nature of non-attachment, there will be no deluded appearances. All actions of Dharma disappear, Dharma ceases, appearances are non-action, and the result is obtained. Defiled dharmas are exhausted, enlightenment is attained, and wisdom, compassion, ability, and merit are obtained, surpassing thought. In accordance with the joy and wishes of Dzogchen. Looking at the sun is white, looking at the moon is black, looking at the butter lamp is red, squint and look at these three. Light, bindus, fine points, and strings of pearls, the light becomes brighter and brighter, the nature of reality manifests, the mind's actions and attachments disappear. The experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, whatever arises is not clung to, one's own experiences and perceptions become more and more enhanced, and enlightenment is attained in the common path and Bardo. Again, looking at the sun is white, looking at the moon is black, looking at the butter lamp is red, looking at bindus, fine points, and strings of pearls, the colors and deity forms become clearer and clearer. Bindus and fine points are sometimes the size of a pea, in which there is a great deity, sometimes the size of a mustard seed, in which there is also a deity of the same size. Or, at the edge of the white bindu, surrounded by various colors, in the bindus of various colors such as Vairocana, the Five Dhyani Buddhas manifest. Or, in each bindu and fine point, all Five Dhyani Buddhas clearly manifest. Wisdom reaches perfection, and the Sambhogakaya is recognized. After that, all growth of experience and realization disappears, realizing the nature of no attachment whatsoever. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
