པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཙཀྲ་བྱེད་ན། ཤོག་བུ་ལ་མུ་ཁྱུད་གསུམ་བསྐོར། ལྟེ་བར། ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ། མུ་ཁྱུད་གཉིས་པར་འཁོར་ལོ་རྩིབས་བཞི་ལ་གོང་གི་སྔགས་ཚན་བཞི་བྲི། གཉིས་པར་མི་ཁ་ཟློག་སྔགས་གཞན་དང་དམོད་མོ་གང་ཤེས་བཀོད། གསུམ་པར། བྷྱོ྾ ཟློག྾ ཅེས་བྷྱོ་ཁྲམ་དང་ཟློག་ཁྲམ་ཡིག་མགོ་ནང་བསྟན་དུ་བསྐོར། མི་ཁའི་རྫས་གང་རྙེད་དང་བཅས་རྫ་སོ་བཏང་བའི་སྲུབས་མེད་ཀྱི་སྦུབས་སུ་བཅུག་ལ། རང་ཡུལ་དུ་མི་ལྡོག་ངེས་པའི་འབབ་ཆུ་དྲག་པོ་ལ་འཕང་། དམོད་མོ་བརྗོད། ཐལ་མོ་བརྡབ། ཕྱི་མིག་མི་བལྟ་བར་ལོག་པས་མི་ཁ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆུས་ཁྱེར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡང་ན་མི་ཁའི་རྫས་ལ་སྔགས་བཏབ་ནས་མེ་ལ་བསྲེག་གོ །ཡང་ན་ཁྲོམ་མང་དུ་འདུ་བའི་སར་མཆོད་རྟེན་ནག་པོའི་བུམ་པར་འཁོར་ལོ་གཞུག་པས་མི་ཁ་ཁྲོམ་ཚོགས་ལ་བསྒྱུར་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གནུབས་ཀྱི་ཨུ་པ་དྷེ་ཤ་ཟབ་པར་གདམས་པ་ཨྠྀི་། རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།

回遮法。若要做（回遮），在纸上画三个圆圈。在中心写上：ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ། （藏文， हूं भ्यो हूं，hūṃ bhyo hūṃ，吽，怖哟，吽）。在第二个圆圈的四个轮辐上，写上上述的四个咒语。在第二个圆圈上，写下其他的回遮恶语的咒语，或者任何你所知道的诅咒。在第三个圆圈上，写上བྷྱོ྾ ཟློག྾，（藏文，भ्यो，bhyo，怖哟）和ཟློག྾（藏文，ཟློག，zlog，回遮），将‘怖哟’和‘回遮’的字头向内环绕书写。将找到的任何人的物品，放入一个没有缝隙的陶罐中。扔到肯定不会流回自己地方的湍急河流中。念诵诅咒，拍手，不要回头地离开，这样所有人的恶语都会被水冲走。或者，念诵咒语后，将人的物品放在火上烧毁。或者，在人群聚集的地方，将法轮放置在黑色佛塔的宝瓶中，这样就可以将恶语转移到人群中。这是娘氏的甚深口诀教授。保密，保密，保密！

Averting method. If you want to do (the averting), draw three circles on paper. In the center, write: ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, हूं भ्यो हूं, hūṃ bhyo hūṃ, Hūṃ, Bhyo, Hūṃ). On the four spokes of the second circle, write the four mantras mentioned above. On the second circle, write other mantras for averting evil speech, or any curse you know. On the third circle, write བྷྱོ྾ ཟློག྾ (Tibetan, भ्यो, bhyo, Bhyo) and ཟློག྾ (Tibetan, ཟློག, zlog, Averting), circling the headings of 'Bhyo' and 'Averting' inward. Place any items found belonging to the person into a seamless clay pot. Throw it into a fast-flowing river that will definitely not flow back to your place. Recite curses, clap your hands, and leave without looking back, so that all the evil speech of the people will be carried away by the water. Alternatively, after reciting the mantra, burn the person's items on the fire. Or, in a place where many people gather, place the wheel in the vase of a black stupa, so that the evil speech can be transferred to the crowd. This is the profound Upadesha instruction of Nub.
