ས་སུ་མཉམ་པར་ཞོག་ཅིག །མེ་ལོང་བསྟན་ཞིང་སྙིང་གར་བཞག་ལ། ཧཱུྃ༔ མེ་ལོང་ནང་དུ་གཟུགས་བརྙན་ཤར་བ་བཞིན༔ དམིགས་སུ་མེད་ཀྱང་མངོན་སུམ་ས་ལེ་བ༔ ཡིད་ལ་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དབང་བསྐུར་བས༔ དྲན་རྟོག་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་ཤར་རང་གྲོལ་ཤོག༔ སྔགས་མཐར། ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ འདིའི་ལས་ཚོགས་མགོ་གསུམ་དང་འཆི་བདག་གཏོར་ཆེན་གྱི་བཀའ་གཏད་དགོས་ན་སོ་སོའི་གཞུང་ལྟར་སྐབས་འདིར་སྦྱར་ཏེ་ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པའི་དམ་ལྡན་ལས་གང་བྱུང་ལ་སྤེལ་ན་རང་ལ་གནོད་དོ། །མཐར་ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད་ལ་མེ་ཏོག་འཐོར། དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རིག་འཛིན་སྨྲ་བའི་སེང་གེ་དྲག་པོའི་སྐུར་བཞེངས་པ་འཇམ་དཔལ་ཕ་རོལ་རྒོལ་འཇོམས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་དབང་བསྐུར་རྒྱས་པར་གྲུབ་པ་ཡིན་པས་སོགས་མཚམས་སྦྱར་ལ་དམ་ཚིག་བསྒྲག་གཟུང་ཕྱིན་ཆད་སྤྱི་ལྟར་བྱ། སྤྲོ་ན་གཏོར་མ་སླར་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་ལྷར་གསལ་བ་ལ་མཆོད་བསྟོད་དང་ནོངས་བཤགས། བདག་བསྐྱེད་བསྡུ་ལྡང་བསྔོ་སྨོན་ཤིས་བརྗོད་བྱས་པས་འགྲུབ་བོ། །འཇམ་དཔལ་ཁྲོས་པའི་ཞལ་གྱི་ཨེ་དབྱིངས་སུ། །སྲིད་གསུམ་གདུག་ཅན་ལྷག་མ་མེད་པར་བསྟིམ། །སུས་ཀྱང་མི་བརྫི་ཅིས་ཀྱང་མི་འཕྲོག་པ། །གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་པོའི་དབང་ཆེན་བརྙེས་གྱུར་ཅིག །འདིའང་ཉེ་བར་མཁོ་བའི་དཔྱིད་དུ་གྱུར་པས་གཏེར་ཆེན་རིག་འཛིན་ཆེན་ 53-43-5b པོ་ཟུང་གིས་རྗེས་སུ་གནང་བ་ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པ་ཡང་ཡང་ཐོབ་པའི་པྲ་འཆལ་རྩིས་མེད་ཀྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་པདྨ་གར་དབང་ཕྲིན་ལས་འགྲོ་འདུལ་རྩལ་གྱིས་རྫོང་ཤོད་བདེ་གཤེགས་འདུས་པའི་ཕོ་བྲང་ཆེན་པོར་བསྡེབས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །།

安住于本位。（将）镜子示现，置于心间。吽 (Hūṃ)。 如镜中显现影像，虽无所缘，却清晰显现。 以意念中胜者的意之灌顶，愿一切念头自生自灭。 咒语结尾：ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文：ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：चित्त अभिषिञ्च हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：Citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：心，灌顶，吽）。 若需此仪轨之三首（护法）与死主大摧毁之口诀，则依各自之仪轨，于此处加入，若传于非共同之具誓者外之人，则自受其害。 最后诵吉祥偈，散花。以此等（方式），成就了持明语狮子猛厉身之 འཇམ་དཔལ་ཕ་རོལ་རྒོལ་འཇོམས་（Jampal Parol Goejom，文殊降伏他敌）之加持灌顶，故等连接上下文，并如常进行誓言宣告与受持。 若有兴致，则将朵玛再次刹那间观为本尊，进行供赞与忏悔。进行自生本尊、收摄升华、回向发愿、吉祥祈愿，即可成就。 于འཇམ་དཔལ་（Jampal，文殊）忿怒尊之口中ཨེ་（E）之法界，将三有之凶残者无余消融。 愿成就无人能胜、无人能夺之阎罗死主之大权。 此亦成近需之助益，故 གཏེར་ཆེན་རིག་འཛིན་ཆེན་པོ་ཟུང་（Terchen Rigdzin Chenpo Zung，大伏藏师持明尊者）允可，莲花自在事业调伏力之无有常规瑜伽士，于རྫོང་ཤོད་བདེ་གཤེགས་འདུས་པའི་ཕོ་བྲང་ཆེན་པོ（Dzongshod Deshek Duepai Podrang Chenpo，宗肖寺）汇集，增吉祥！

Rest in your own place. Show the mirror and place it in your heart. Hūṃ. Like the reflection appearing in a mirror, although there is no object of focus, it appears clearly. Through the empowerment of the mind of the victorious ones in your mind, may all thoughts arise and dissolve on their own. At the end of the mantra: ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ (Tibetan: ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्त अभिषिञ्च हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: Citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Literal meaning: Mind, Abhisheka, Hūṃ). If it is necessary to entrust the commands of the three-headed (protector) and the great destroyer of death from this ritual, then according to their respective texts, add them here. If you transmit it to someone who is not a common vow-holder, you will harm yourself. Finally, recite auspicious verses and scatter flowers. By these (methods), the blessings and empowerment of Jampal Parol Goejom (Mañjuśrī who Subdues Enemies), who embodies the wrathful form of the Vidyadhara Lion of Speech, are accomplished. Therefore, connect the context and proceed as usual with the declaration and acceptance of vows. If you are interested, visualize the torma again as the deity in an instant, and perform offerings, praise, and confession. By performing self-generation of the deity, dissolution and sublimation, dedication, aspiration, and auspicious prayers, it will be accomplished. In the sphere of 'E' in the mouth of wrathful Jampal (Mañjuśrī), may the অবশিষ্ট of the cruel beings of the three realms be dissolved without remainder. May you attain the great power of Yama, the lord of death, who cannot be defeated or stolen by anyone. This also becomes a source of benefit for immediate needs, so it was compiled at Dzongshod Deshek Duepai Podrang Chenpo (Dzongshod Monastery) by Padma Garwang Trinley Drodul Tsal, the unconventional yogi who repeatedly received the uncommon permission of Terchen Rigdzin Chenpo Zung (Great Treasure Revealer and Vidyadhara), may auspiciousness increase! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
