Praying! May all heretical non-Buddhists be subdued, Praying! May there be no obstacles to benefiting Buddhism! Praying! May all the resources and enjoyments needed be effortlessly accomplished! May beings of the ten directions gather here, and practice virtue with various skillful means, May the Dharma, Dharma teachers, and Sangha flourish, May Buddhism be propagated and remain long! By the power of the truth of the Three Jewels, the blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, The great power of the complete accumulation of the two accumulations, and the power of the pure and inconceivable realm of Dharma, may it be accomplished just as it is! Homage to the Three Jewels! tadyathā pañcendriya ava bodhanāye svāhā (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) This is the dharani for accomplishing wishes. Then, scattering flowers: Recite twenty-one times 'Om Muni Muni Maha Muni Ye Svaha! Manu Kali Sarva Dharma Vasham Kuru Ye Svaha!', then bless the yellow flowers and scatter them. Visualize the support as the Buddha, whose body, speech, and mind emit light, gathering and dissolving the blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. With the visualization of gathering blessings on the support, starting with 'Here, together with the image,' and finally stabilizing with the essence of dependent origination. Praying for forgiveness of faults: Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Whatever faults I have committed in this virtuous act due to my foolishness, I pray that the protector, who is the refuge of all beings, forgive all of them! Dedication and aspiration: Such as 'By this merit may I quickly attain,' etc., or recite any appropriate Mahayana dedication and aspiration. Auspiciousness: Starting with 'The greatest of the great, the supreme teacher' spoken by the Buddha himself, elaborate on the words of auspiciousness. Subsequent actions: According to the treasure text, 'Then bury the tsatsas in the back mountains of various village temples or in places with high ground and good shapes, and make extensive aspirations. By doing so, even cities of heretics and butchers will convert to the Dharma. If done individually, bury them near the house or near the bed. This will cause all ordinary people to enter the Dharma.' Offerings for this instruction: Prepare abundant tea and white flour for the Sangha, and diligently perform water offerings and incense offerings, Read scriptures, give to beggars. 如是说，萨擦（梵文：sāṃkhya，数论）像装在防水陶器中一样，首尾不倒置，不被潮湿损坏，并以法保护。严密地封口。可以藏在上述地点，或者人多的城门之上。也要选择良辰吉日，尽可能多地进行上述法事，尤其要广做烟供、祭祀，献上黄金饮料，严密地埋藏，并广发祈愿和祝福，这样就能顺利成就如上所说之义。以此也能使无差别的众生，从内心深处渴望佛法，并由此使能仁的教法遍布赡部洲（梵文：Jambudvīpa，人世间）。愿教法的新圆满时代开启！我怀着增上的意乐，心想这对于如法护持能仁教法的圣者们来说是必需的，于是无边慧（作者名）在修行圣地宗肖德堆宫殿写下了此文，愿吉祥增长！吉祥！ 善哉！

As it is said, the Sāṃkhya (萨擦) should be placed in a waterproof pottery like container, without inverting the head or tail, and protected from moisture with Dharma. Seal it tightly. It can be hidden in the aforementioned places, or above a city gate with many people. Also, choose an auspicious date and time, and perform as many of the aforementioned Dharma activities as possible, especially making extensive smoke offerings, sacrifices, and offering golden beverages, burying it securely, and making extensive prayers and blessings, so that the meaning of what is said above can be easily accomplished. By this, may all sentient beings without discrimination, desire the Dharma from the depths of their hearts, and thereby may the teachings of the Buddha spread throughout Jambudvīpa (赡部洲). May a new perfect age of the teachings dawn! With increasing intention, I thought that this was necessary for the holy ones who uphold the teachings of the Buddha in accordance with the Dharma, so the Limitless Wisdom (author's name) wrote this in the practice holy place of Zongshod Dede Palace, may auspiciousness increase!
