Possessing excellent marks, a face like the immaculate moon. With a golden hue, I pay homage to you! There is no one like you, free from defilements, in the three realms. Unparalleled, possessing a name, I pay homage to you! Supreme among humans, The one who wields the reins of discipline, The Tathagata who cuts through all bonds. Whose senses are pacified, completely pacified, skilled in peace. Dwelling in Shravasti, I pay homage to him! Offerings: Starting with excellent flowers, etc., to all I pay homage and offer. The mandala offering, both elaborate and concise, should be presented. Starting with desire and anger, etc., up to the dedication, the remaining limbs should also be practiced. Recite the sutra of remembering the Buddha. Then, visualize light radiating from your heart, inspiring the commitment of the Buddha and his retinue. The light emanates from all the Buddhas, transforming into countless Buddhas, making all realms shine like the light of a thousand suns, entering the crown of the heads of all male and female beings, turning the wheel of the four truths, and subduing all sentient beings. The text says to accomplish it a thousand times, but the more the better. At the end of the session, perform elaborate or concise offerings and praises as appropriate. Aspiration: May the compassion of the Three Jewels and the ocean of roots, The aspiration and prayer of the King of Sages, And the power of the interdependence of deities, mantras, samadhi, and substances, Cause my winds, mind, and appearances to be mastered, May I attain enlightenment in one lifetime! May all wise ones, accomplished ones, and spiritual friends be mastered, May the Buddha's teachings flourish and spread! May all those with good lineage and clear minds be mastered, May the teachings of explanation and practice flourish! May all those who possess morality be mastered, May the great Sangha community be established! May all kings and rulers be mastered, May the country be turned to Dharma! May all wealthy patrons be mastered, May the respect and offerings to the Sangha increase! May all gods, nagas, and local deities be mastered, May auspiciousness and well-being increase!
