And, abiding in the Buddha cloud place, I prostrate. To the achiever of the power of the Buddha cloud, to the one as high as the Buddha cloud, I prostrate. The Sugata cloud completely dissipates, to the great Buddha cloud lotus, I prostrate. The great Buddha cloud body of incense, to the great Buddha cloud noble one, I prostrate. To the自在者(dbang phyug, Īśvara) of the Buddha cloud, to the source of the great cloud light, I prostrate. To the seed of the Sugata cloud, to the great cloud of precious jewels, I prostrate. To the great Buddha cloud blazing with flames, to the great Buddha cloud pleasing to behold, and to the one covered by the great cloud, I prostrate. The mandala that manifests from the cloud, to the sound of thunder covering the ten directions, proclaiming extremely loudly, I prostrate. The great cloud brings coolness and great joy, to the one who proclaims the deep sound of arising, I prostrate. To the great Buddha cloud that spreads widely, and to the one who tames the clouds, I prostrate. The water of the Tathagata cloud, the gatherer of the Tathagata cloud, I prostrate. Destroying untimely clouds and hail, to the great cloud proclaiming the expanse of the sky, I prostrate. To the Buddha great cloud that emits sound, to the lotus of the great cloud rain, I prostrate. To the cloud that accomplishes the splendor of the Buddha, to the cloud of the Sugata raindrops, I prostrate. To the great Buddha lotus cloud, and to the cloud that fills the ocean, I prostrate. To the great cloud that covers when rain does not fall, to the boundless form of the Buddha cloud, I prostrate. To the great cloud that accomplishes the power of Jambudvipa, to the source of the rays of light that accomplish splendor, to the clouds with light, I prostrate. Dragon King Buddha Bhagavan, to the King of the Sugata Dragon Kings, I prostrate. To the King of the Dragons with boundless retinue, to the mandala of the Buddha in the ocean clouds, like an umbrella, I prostrate, offering various dragon medicines, to the various emanations of Manjushri. Nāgarakṣa Mimigon Dakara, to the Dragon King dwelling in joy, I prostrate, offering various dragon medicines, to the various emanations of Avalokiteśvara. The water lord Varuṇa himself, to the Dragon King who increases wealth, I prostrate. To the various emanations of Vajrapani, to the Dragon King who is joyful, I prostrate, offering various dragon medicines. Eighth, I prostrate to the queen, the prince, and the attendants. I prostrate to Ma Dru (藏文：མ་དྲོས་, meaning: Not Warm), Ge Chen (藏文：གཟི་ཆེན་, meaning: Great Radiance), and Jia To of Kham, and all the Nagas of Tibet. I prostrate to the royal family, the Jowo clan, the Brahmin clan, the commoners, the Chandalas, and the landowners, and all the Nagas of existence and samsara, offering various Naga medicines. All of us confess all offenses and faults. Before Shakyamuni, Secret Lord, Padmasambhava, Hayagriva, Garuda, and other holy beings, remember and uphold the vows we have made. Please quickly send down a great continuous rain. By the truth of the Buddhas spoken in the Great Cloud Sutra, may the suffering, diseases, and harm of all Nagas cease, and may the Nagas be happy and joyful. To all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas abiding in the ten directions and three times, by their compassion, Bodhicitta, and truth, and by the power of pure Dharmata, may great rain quickly fall. By the immeasurable wisdom of Manjushri, the immeasurable power of the Secret Lord, the immeasurable compassion of Avalokiteshvara, and the true power of this immeasurable truth, may great rain quickly descend. If it is true that Arhats have exhausted their afflictions, if it is true that Pratyekabuddhas have realized dependent origination, by this truth, please send down great rain. If the Vajra in the hand of Indra, the Dharma wheel in the hand of Vishnu, and the spear tip in the hand of the Wrathful One, if they truly possess power, by this truth, please send down great rain. If the truth of suffering is true, the truth of origin is true, the truth of cessation is true, and the truth of the path is true, by this truth, may great rain descend. If the gods and spirits of existence and samsara, the Secret Lord, Hayagriva, Vajrapani, if it is true that they abide by their vows, by the truth of their vows, please send down continuous rain. If Garuda overcomes the ocean, if the wish-fulfilling jewel fulfills all desires, if the sun and moon dispel darkness is true, by this truth, may continuous rain descend. The Buddha is true, the Dharma is true, the Sangha is true, the secret mantras, Vidyas, Dharani mantras are true, the heart mantras and mudras are true, the Guru, Yidam, Dakini are true, the ground, path, and result are true, the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya are true, the infallibility of cause and effect is true, if all these are truly certain, by this truth, please quickly send down great rain. If all Nagas have great power, have beautiful appearances, have light, have great wealth and power, if it is true, by this truth, please send down great rain.
