嗡 策 仲 友 仲 班杂 阿雅 喀 吽 (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཡུ་བྷྲཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：ओṃ चे भ्रūṃ यु भ्रūṃ वज्र आयुषे हुṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ce bhrūṃ yu bhrūṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，生命，仲，友，仲，金刚，寿命，吽)。念诵此咒，并降临加持，将金刚杵置于顶上。念诵‘谛视ra 班杂(藏文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ，梵文天城体：तिष्ठ वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：tiṣṭha vajra，汉语字面意思：安住金刚)’，使其稳固。然后，按照通常的方式指示如何勾召寿命。念诵北方伏藏铁树祈请文：‘舍(藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：ཧྲཱིཿ，श्री，hrīḥ，吉祥)’，‘至尊怙主无量寿智如来(藏文：བཅོམ་ལྡན་མགོན་པོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད༔)’等等，以勾召寿命。接下来是真正的寿命灌顶。将宝瓶置于顶上，念诵：‘舍(藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：ཧྲཱིཿ，श्री，hrīḥ，吉祥)’，‘珍宝宝瓶圆满具足一切特征，长寿不死之天众眷属，祈请降临于此，赐予具缘种姓之子寿命自在之成就。’在根本咒语之后加上：‘身语意一切成就 吽(藏文：ཀཱ་ཡ་བཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔)’。将宝瓶置于三处（顶、喉、心），并倒入宝瓶水。将寿命食子置于顶上，念诵：‘无生无死大乐之身，祈请赐予不变寿命之成就。五大聚合，光明闪耀之身，祈请赐予共同寿命之成就。’念诵根本咒语，并将寿命之箭抵于三处。给予寿命丸，念诵：‘此寿命食子充满精华，将给予具缘之子。食此物者，将得见怙主无量寿，并获得成就。’念诵根本咒语。给予寿命酒，念诵：‘以百倍谷物精华酿造，充满蔗糖精华之甘露，今日此子将品尝，愿获得寿命之成就。’念诵根本咒语。然后撒花，念诵：‘愿寿命坚不可摧如金刚！愿寿命永不改变如雍仲！愿寿命永不衰败如胜幢！最终，愿证得圆满正觉！’重复三次。最后，按照通常的方式供养七宝、八瑞相、八吉祥物。念诵吉祥祈愿文，承诺誓言，供养曼扎，以及进行修法仪轨的结尾部分。愿一切突发的寿命障碍，如黑暗中的阳光般彻底驱散，愿能享受百年的荣耀和百种秋收的精华，安乐地生活。’莲花舞自在力所作的附带之作，愿吉祥增盛！

oṃ ce bhrūṃ yu bhrūṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཡུ་བྷྲཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ चे भ्रūṃ यु भ्रūṃ वज्र आयुषे हुṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ ce bhrūṃ yu bhrūṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ, Literal meaning: Om, life, bhrūṃ, yu, bhrūṃ, vajra, āyuṣe, hūṃ). Recite this mantra and bestow blessings, placing the vajra on the crown of the head. Recite 'tiṣṭha vajra (Tibetan: ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ, Sanskrit Devanagari: तिष्ठ वज्र, Romanized Sanskrit: tiṣṭha vajra, Literal meaning: Remain Vajra)' to stabilize it. Then, instruct on how to summon life as usual. Recite the Northern Treasure Iron Tree invocation: 'hrīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal meaning: ཧྲཱིཿ, श्री, hrīḥ, auspicious)', 'Bhagavan, Protector, Amitāyus Jnana (Tibetan: བཅོམ་ལྡན་མགོན་པོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད༔)' etc., to summon life. Next is the actual life empowerment. Place the vase on the crown of the head and recite: 'hrīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal meaning: ཧྲཱིཿ, श्री, hrīḥ, auspicious)', 'Precious vase, perfectly endowed with all qualities, assembly of deathless life deities with their retinue, please gather here and bestow the accomplishment of life empowerment upon these fortunate sons of the lineage.' After the root mantra, add: 'kāya vāka citta sarva siddhi hūṃ (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ཡ་བཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔)'. Place the vase at the three places (crown, throat, heart) and pour the vase water. Place the life torma on the crown of the head and recite: 'Body of great bliss, without birth or death, please bestow the accomplishment of unchanging life. Body of the union of the five elements, radiant and clear, please bestow the accomplishment of common life.' Recite the root mantra and touch the life arrow to the three places. Give the life pill and recite: 'This life torma is full of essence, it will be given to the fortunate son. Whoever eats this will see the Protector Amitāyus and attain accomplishment.' Recite the root mantra. Give the life wine and recite: 'Made from a hundredfold essence of grains, nectar filled with the essence of sugarcane, today this son will taste it, may he attain the accomplishment of life.' Recite the root mantra. Then scatter flowers and recite: 'May life be indestructible like a vajra! May life be unchangeable like a yungdrung! May life be undiminishing like a victory banner! Finally, may you attain complete enlightenment!' Repeat three times. Finally, offer the seven treasures, eight auspicious symbols, and eight auspicious substances as usual. Recite auspicious prayers, pledge vows, offer the mandala, and perform the concluding parts of the sadhana ritual. 'May all sudden obstacles to life be completely dispelled like the sun in the darkness, may you enjoy a hundred years of glory and the essence of a hundred autumn harvests, and live in bliss.'
