大宝伏藏TD2049，名为《长寿成就·太阳心髓》之法。 长寿增益法，多杰扎寺（Dorje Drak）近修心髓。灌顶仪轨。 与长寿成就·太阳心髓相关的长寿灌顶。 名为《长寿成就·太阳心髓》之法。 那摩！向诸位上师顶礼！ 在此修持长寿成就·太阳心髓之修法，分为前行、正行和后行次第。 首先是前行：自己安稳地坐在坐垫上，皈依： 以慈悲力行利他，我皈依诸位上师； 一心加持赐予力，我皈依本尊天众； 明辨善恶赐成就，我皈依空行圣众。 （念诵三遍） 发心：忏悔往昔所积诸罪障，为利有情愿成佛， 发起愿菩提心；为令众生皆成熟，发起行菩提心。 驱逐邪魔： 吽！谛听，引邪之鬼神众！汝等切莫住于此！ 若是不去仍停留， pulverize 为如微尘！ 念诵『嗡 桑巴尼』等。 然后加持供品： 圣水、鲜花、燃香等。 嗡 嘛哈班杂 阿弥利达 嘛哈巴拉 班林达 嘛哈ra嘎 嗡啊吽 嗡 班杂 阿甘 到 夏达 嗡啊吽 第二是正行，生起本尊： 舍！ 器情化为珍宝成，化为庄严之宫殿； 其之中央莲花上，四瓣莲花之座上； 怙主无量寿如来，金刚之身。 身色如红莲宝光，一面二臂等持印； 手持长寿宝瓶；双足金刚跏趺坐； 心间种子字舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：大悲心）放出无量光； 迎请化为同等本尊众， 以香乐等迎请： 从密严法界自性宫殿中， 祈请世尊无量寿怙主及眷属， 以大悲心垂念降临于此地， 赐予殊胜与共同之成就！ 阿 雅 爹哇 萨巴热哇热 萨玛雅 杂 杂 然后祈请安住： 阿 雅 爹哇 萨巴热哇热 萨玛雅 迪叉 隆 然后顶礼： 阿 迪 普 霍， 扎 迪 恰 霍 然后供养： 圣水燃香与鲜花，明灯涂香与美食； 香水美食妙乐音，色声香味触法等； 普贤供云作供养；

Here, to practice the means of accomplishment of the Essence of Longevity Attainment - The Sun, there are the preliminary, the main practice, and the subsequent stages. First is the preliminary: One sits comfortably on a cushion, taking refuge: Through the power of compassion, you accomplish the benefit of beings, I take refuge in the Lamas; With single-pointedness, you bless and grant power, I take refuge in the Yidam deities; You uphold good and bad, and grant accomplishments, I take refuge in the assembly of Dakinis. (Recite three times) Generating the mind of enlightenment: I confess the sins and obscurations accumulated from before, In order to attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings, I generate the mind of aspiration for enlightenment; In order to fully ripen all sentient beings, I generate the mind of engaging in enlightenment. Commanding the obstructing forces: Hūṃ! Listen, assembly of misleading spirits and demons! You should not stay here! If you do not leave and remain here, I will pulverize you into dust! Recite 'Om Sumba Ni' etc. Then bless the offerings: Argham, flowers, incense, and so on. Om Maha Pancha Amrita Maha Balinta Maha Rakta Ah Hum Om Vajra Argham to Shabda Ah Hum Second is the main practice, generating the deity: Hrih! The vessel and its contents transform into a precious palace; In its center, on a lotus with four petals; Lord Amitayus (Tsepakme), the Vajra body; The color of the body is red like the color of a ruby; One face, two hands in meditative equipoise, holding a longevity vase; Two legs in Vajra posture; From the heart, the seed syllable Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：大悲心) radiates light; Inviting a deity assembly similar to oneself, Vajra Samaja; Making offerings of incense and music and inviting: From the Dharmadhatu (Choying) self-existing palace of Akanishta (Ogmin), Bhagavan Amitayus (Tsepakme), Lord, together with your retinue, Considering us with compassion, come to this place, And bestow supreme and common accomplishments!
