像这样禅修。用业咒（karma mantra）净化，用自性咒（svabhava mantra）清净。观想所有容器和内容皆不可得，化为空性。从空性中，所有显现之处皆为极乐莲花庄严的净土，在无量庄严和陈设的中央，于盛开的红莲花和月轮之上。你们的觉性，是智慧的本质，从红色种子字ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：诃利)放出光芒，成办二利，收回后完全转化，刹那间，你们都成为无死怙主长寿佛（Amitayus），身色红亮，具足无量相好光明，身着丝绸和珍宝的饰品，具有圆满受用之相，双手结禅定印， holding a vase filled with the nectar of immortality. Meditate in this way. Purify with the karma mantra, cleanse with the svabhava mantra. Visualize all containers and contents as unattainable, transforming into emptiness. From emptiness, all appearing realms are the pure lands adorned with the Great Bliss Lotus, in the center of immeasurable splendor and arrangement, upon a fully bloomed red lotus and a lunar disc. Your awareness, the essence of wisdom, radiates light from the red seed syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hē lì), accomplishing the two benefits, and upon returning, completely transforms. In an instant, you all become the Immortal Protector Amitayus, with a radiant red body, blazing with immeasurable splendor of marks and signs, adorned with silk and precious ornaments, possessing the aspect of perfect enjoyment, hands in meditative equipoise, holding a vase filled with the nectar of immortality. Sitting in the vajra posture, embraced by the consort Guhyajnana, naked and red, adorned with bone ornaments, holding a vase of longevity in her right hand and an arrow and ribbon in her left. At the three places (body, speech, and mind), the vajra syllables shine and blaze, and from the heart of the Guru Mandala, light radiates, pervading all Buddha-fields in the ten directions. The Three Roots, the ocean of Buddhas, and the immortal longevity deities descend in the form of jnanasattvas, dissolving into you. Pray in this way. Signal thus, accompanied by incense and music. Recite the verses for invoking blessings: ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hē lì) Five Kayas, Five Wisdoms, etc., and many mantras. Visualize the blessings of the jnanasattvas remaining firm until enlightenment is attained. Recite ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ༔ (Tibetan: ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: तिष्ठ वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: tiṣṭha vajra, Literal Chinese meaning: Remain Vajra), and then place the vajra on the head. Again, in order to gather the essence of longevity and attract accomplishments, visualize in this way: The principal deities and retinue, inspired by their vows, emit light from their bodies and swift, bright messengers, like specks of sunlight, pervading space. Reclaim all the life force, fortune, that has been stolen, plundered, interrupted, diminished by their respective life force, the Eight Classes of beings, and the elements, as well as the essence and quintessence of stability and instability in samsara and nirvana, and all the blessings and accomplishments of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, gathered in the form of rainbows, light spots, seed syllables, etc., dissolving into you, thereby obtaining the empowerment of immortal vajra life. Wave the arrow and ribbon, and recite ཧྲཱིཿམ༔ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿམ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीःम, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥma, Literal Chinese meaning: Hē lì ma) From the Western Pure Land of Great Bliss, etc., attract longevity as described in the ritual. Root mantra and, Citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ Visualize placing the nature of the four goddesses who assist in the four activities and guard the gates in your hands, thereby obtaining the empowerment to accomplish limitless activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating, so as to fulfill the wishes of others at will. Place the assistants of the four activities in your hands, and recite: Hrīḥ The blazing emblems of the four wisdom goddess gatekeepers, This sacred palace, Today, by bestowing empowerment upon this fortunate disciple, May the benefit of the four activities be perfectly accomplished! Root mantra and, Sarva abhiṣiñca hrīḥ Visualize that by blessing the five places with the arrow banner symbolizing the five wisdoms, you obtain the longevity empowerment of the five bodies, which are forever free from birth, death, transference, and change, and are eternal, stable, and indestructible.
