大宝伏藏TD2032长寿成就法诀。广大事业部。空行母。 长寿成就法诀。 名为‘开显无死虚空精华之甚深口诀，成就持明之妙道’之法本。 长寿成就法诀。 那摩 咕噜 班杂 阿秋 贝 札 帕达亚（皈依金刚不动如来足）。自性觉悟原始怙主嘿汝嘎（Heruka，饮血尊），恩德无与伦比老父成就自在者，甚深伏藏教法之主，持明咒者，降魔金刚于今赐予吉祥。于此，欲修持不共长寿成就之要诀——食虚空精华。首先，观想自身前方虚空中，无量寿佛身红色，一面二臂，清晰观想，皈依发心与旧译宁玛派共同仪轨相同。祈请上师等后，因无量寿佛融入自身之缘故，自身刹那间变为吉祥马头明王，身躯高大，头顶触及天空，双足踩踏海洋，后背依靠须弥山，右手高举杖，左手作忿怒印。于自身心间，观想与自身相同之智慧勇识，其心间观想无量寿佛，其心间观想二重交叉四方形宝，四角以半截金刚杵为标志，其中心观想五股金刚杵，中心蓝色，四股五种颜色。金刚杵中心有种子字 ནྲྀ （藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，字面意思：无），每面有五种颜色种子字 ཧཱུྃ （藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，字面意思：吽）。ནྲྀ （藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，字面意思：无）的中心有五彩明点。从明点发出光芒，从金刚杵中心发出，变为咒鬘，末尾加上‘愿能成就’，观想围绕金刚杵旋转。从金刚杵发出光芒，充满全身。再次，光芒照耀充满三千世界，观想一切有情无情万物皆化为光融入自身，自身化为光，逐渐融入明点，明点化为光消失。于此状态中稍作安住。之后，再次观想怙主无量寿佛，身白色，安住于莲花月轮之上，位于虚空中，从心间的白色 ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，字面意思：舍）字发出光芒，观想整个天空充满五彩光芒，缓缓融入自身。观想呼气时，虚空恢复原状，之后进行收放，然后再次安住。之后回向善根。

Primordial Protector Heruka of Self-Awareness, Father Guru of Incomparable Kindness, Master of Accomplishment, Holder of Secret Treasures, Holder of Knowledge Mantras, Destroyer of Demons, Vajra, grant auspiciousness today. Here, desiring to practice the uncommon key to longevity accomplishment, which is called 'Eating the Essence of the Sky', first, visualize in the sky in front of you Amitayus, with a red body, one face, and two arms, clearly. Take refuge and generate bodhicitta in accordance with the common Nyingma tradition. After making supplications to the lama, etc., due to Amitayus dissolving into yourself, instantly transform into glorious Hayagriva, with a large body, head reaching the height of the sky, feet pressing on the ocean, back leaning against Mount Meru, right hand brandishing a staff, left hand making a threatening gesture. At the heart of yourself, visualize a wisdom being identical to yourself. At its heart, Amitayus. At its heart, a two-crossed four-sided precious jewel, marked at the corners with half-vajras. At its center, visualize a five-pronged vajra, with a blue center and four prongs of five colors. At the center of the vajra, the syllable ནྲྀ （Tibetan, Devanagari: नृ, Romanized Sanskrit: nṛ, Literal meaning: none）. Secretly instruct you, Takshon! Do not be distracted, keep it secret, place it in your heart (citta). Samaya, Gya Gya Gya! Shubham!
