Then, place the cursed object on a triangular altar. Place a Sāca on the crown of the head, bind the limbs with colored threads, put on a black garment upside down, and engage in the generation stage practice. Liberate the curse by clearly visualizing oneself as the deity. More detailed history and so on are clearly stated in other texts. The text of 'The Golden Key to Curse Liberation - The Gag Cutting' is as follows: Visualize oneself as Vajra Ushnisha with a thousand hands, all hands holding swords of cutting, also having a thousand heads, having hundreds of millions of eyes, residing in the midst of blazing flames, subduing the three realms. Visualize a white Oṃ at the crown of the head, a red Āḥ at the throat, and a blue Hūṃ at the heart. Also, visualize Vairochana at the crown of the head, Amitābha at the throat, and Vajrasattva at the heart. Just by visualizing this, all suppressed and bound speech will be liberated. Visualize the ten upper teeth as ten wrathful deities from ten Hūṃs, the ten lower teeth as ten wrathful mothers from ten Hrīḥs, the tongue as a sharp sword, the beard as blazing flames, and the throat as the sun and moon. Transform one's body into blazing flames, burning all enemies, obstacles, curses, and harmful influences to ashes. Hūṃ!
