From the Great Treasure of the Termas TD1953, 'Ocean of Mind-Sealed Torma Offerings': The Sadhana, Empowerment, and Cleansing Ritual of the Kromo Smetsé (Krodha Kali with Black Spots) according to the Nyang tradition. Peaceful Activities: Kromo Smetsé. From the Great Treasure of the Termas, 'Ocean of Mind-Sealed Torma Offerings': The Sadhana, Empowerment, and Cleansing Ritual of the Kromo Smetsé according to the Nyang tradition. From the Great Treasure of the Termas, 'Ocean of Mind-Sealed Torma Offerings': The Sadhana of Kromo Smetsé according to the Nyang tradition. Homage to the Lama and Kromo Smetsé, inseparable. Here, desiring to practice the Nyang tradition of the Sadhana of the Dakini Kromo Smetsé, sit on a comfortable seat, and precede with Refuge, Bodhicitta, and the Four Immeasurables. Purify all dharmas into emptiness with स्वाभाव (svabhāva). From within emptiness, a black Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूँ,hūṃ,seed syllable) arises on a lotus and sun disc. This transforms into oneself as Kromo Smetsé, with a body color like coal, as black as rain clouds, wrathful and extremely fierce. One face, two arms, with hands joined in a wrathful gesture at the heart, holding a cleansing vase filled with nectar. Naked, standing with both feet together. Eyebrows, beard, mustache, and hair blazing upwards in red-yellow. Three eyes red and round. Fangs bared. Abiding in the midst of blazing wisdom fire. At her three places (forehead, throat, heart) are placed Oṃ (ཨོཾ,ओं,oṃ,body), Āḥ (ཨཱཿ,आः,āḥ,speech), and Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूँ,hūṃ,mind). From the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ) rays of light emanate, inviting the wisdom being identical to oneself, bədzra sa mājəḥ (བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ). dzaḥ hūṃ bəṃ hōḥ (ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ). The samaya being becomes non-dual with the wisdom being and dissolves. Again, light radiates, inviting the empowerment deities, bestowing empowerment, filling the body, purifying obscurations. The remaining water overflows upwards, crowning her head as Amoghasiddhi (Don-yö Drubpa). With Oṃ (ཨོཾ,ओं,oṃ,body) Oṃ Uccuṣma Mahākrodhi Arghaṃ (ཨོཾ་ཨུ་ཙུཥྨ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀྲོ་དྷཱི་ཨརྒྷཾ,ॐ उच्छुष्म महाक्रोध अर्घं,oṃ uccuṣma mahākrodha arghaṃ,Oṃ, Uccuṣma, Great Wrathful One, offering) up to Śabda, make offerings. Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ): Great Wrathful Mother who tames all the wicked, who consumes impure substances as Vajra Samaya, grant supreme and common siddhis to the practitioner. I prostrate and praise Kromo Smetsé! Praise in this way. Visualize oneself as Kromo Smetsé, and at the heart, on a sun disc, a black Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ) surrounded by the mantra garland rotating clockwise. From this, rays of light emanate, inviting the compassion and blessings of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, transforming into nectar and black light, which dissolve into oneself. Recite the mantra to cut off speech: Oṃ Kharkhaṃ Jirkhaṃ Bimānase Uccuṣma Krodhi Nī Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā (ཨོཾ་ཁརྑཾ་ཛིརྑཾ་བི་མཱ་ན་སེ་ཨུ་ཙུཥྨ་ཀྲོ་དྷཱི་ནཱི་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,ओṃ खर्खं जिखं बिमानसे उच्छुष्म क्रोध नी हूँ फट स्वाहा,oṃ kharkhaṃ jirkhaṃ bimānase uccuṣma krodha nī hūṃ phaṭ svāhā). Recite as much as possible, and then as before. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
