Holding this in hand, as an offering to the feet of the Victorious Ones, may the feet obtain the auspiciousness of the Dharma wheel! Oṃ Maṅgala Cakra Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་མངྒ་ལ་ཙཀྲ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṅgala cakra abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ, Auspicious Wheel, Abhiṣeka, Hūṃ)! She who destroys all diseases, burns all evil spirits, and eradicates all plagues, this is the virtue of Vajra Parṇaśavarī, may it be auspicious! By this, may the obscurations equal to all be purified, and may the power of merit be obtained. Again, from the secret place of Parṇaśavarī, green rays of light emanate, entering your secret places, meditate that your entire body is filled with green light. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ)! From the Akaniṣṭha realm and the radiant joyful, solitary places and other abodes, we invoke Parṇaśavarī to descend! Through the gate of activity, bestow the supreme empowerment, perform the activity of pacifying plagues, grant the siddhi of health and happiness! The root mantra is Karma Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (藏文：ཀརྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：karma abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Karma, Abhiṣeka, Hūṃ)! She who destroys all diseases, burns all evil spirits, and eradicates all plagues, may the activity of Parṇaśavarī be auspicious! By this, may the obscurations of knowledge be purified, and may the power of activity be obtained. Now, visualize this torma as Parṇaśavarī, descending upon the crown of your heads, dissolving into light and merging into you! Place the torma on your head, wearing a skirt of leaves on your lower body, gathering all the Mamos under your power, the mistress of disease in the form of a jackal, we beseech you to gather them under your power, and perform the activity of pacifying all diseases! For me and all those to be protected, the four hundred and four types of diseases, and all epidemics, we beseech you to pacify! From the age of degenerate diseases, we beseech you to protect and save us! The root mantra is: Oṃ Parṇa Śabarī Svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་པརྞ་ཤ་བ་རཱི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ parṇa śabarī svāhā，汉语字面意思：Oṃ, Parṇa, Śabarī, Svāhā)! How the main one, etc., this was urged by Wonpo Pema Drödön, the meaning of Namchö was merged into Kater Zungjuk, and compiled by Raga Asya, the scribe was Bhikṣu Tsöndru, if there are errors in clarity, I confess to the gods, may all those connected by this virtue be liberated from diseases and evil spirits, may it be auspicious!
