May the auspiciousness of the Goddess of Light, the mother who bestows immaculate great bliss, prevail! Therefore, since the empowerment of the Goddess of Light, which arises from the Mind Treasure, has been well received, please repeat it with the devotion of considering it as your Yidam. How did the main deity instruct? I shall do all of that. From this day forward, I offer myself to you as a servant. Please accept me as a disciple, and please also allow me to share in your accomplishments. Offer the Mandala. For monks, benefactors, or important individuals who travel to distant places, such as central China, the south, or the north, or who go to places of fear such as war, or who go to courts, or who fear being scolded and punished, or even if they are at home and face great fear from enemies, robbers, disputes, etc., it is best to give them this empowerment and practice it. If you don't even know how to practice, it is best to give this empowerment a hundred times or three times the number of years, medium is the number of years, and at least thirteen times or more. There is no deeper method than this to help eliminate these obstacles. This is the root of the Mind Treasure Vajra Speech, explained in detail by the Treasure Minister Karma Araga.
