Place [the offerings] on the seat. Then, perform the invocation and absorption of the Wind God (meaning Wind God) many times, fold [the demon], and bind it in a cross shape with five-colored threads. Place the clay Ghau (meaning small shrine or amulet box) mouth to mouth together. Fill the Ghau with old Sa-tsa (meaning sacred earth). Also bind the Ghau in a cross shape with five-colored threads, and place it under the blessed Chorten (meaning stupa), or in the northwest of your own meditation room, or in the northwest of a place with a rain-making device, in a triangular pit dug out and secured with a slate box. Draw a vajra cross and Mount Meru, the four continents and twelve subcontinents on the slate to cover the pit opening. Place a blessed Sa-tsa on top of it. Imagine pressing the Wind God and its wind under Mount Meru. The surroundings of the Ghau inside the pit must also be surrounded and placed with Sa-tsa. After arranging it in this way, recite 'Om Yamantaka Charya Churya Bhayu Stambhaya Nan' more than a thousand times. Recite the same mantra on yellow soil, strike the image of the Wind God, and scatter it in the direction from which the wind comes. If the wind is too strong and difficult to suppress, then make four suppressions like the one above in the four directions, and there is no way it cannot be suppressed. The wind will not stop until the suppressions are removed. It is very important to remove the suppressions after the rain has fallen. If the wind prevents the rain from falling, then draw a vajra cross on the forehead of a white dog with a red nose. Write in its center: 'Om Hurya Hurya Suppress like the wind'. Invoke all the winds, recite the same mantra more than three thousand times and bless it. Press the skull upside down in the northwest of the well (the water source for turning the rain-making device), one arrow-length away from the well, in a pit one cubit deep. This will surely suppress the wind, it is very profound and trustworthy. It is said to be a bit strong and rough. After the rain has fallen, remove the dog skull and wash off the drawing with clean water. Another easy and quick way to suppress the wind is: fold a green silk into a double bend, tie a vajra knot, and then invoke and absorb the Wind God. Recite 'Om Charya Churla The power of the wind Stambhaya Nan' many times and bless the silk knot. Also recite the same mantra on yellow soil. Strike the silk knot in the direction from which the wind comes and scatter the yellow soil. Wear the silk knot in an amulet box. Stack four layers of Mount Meru on the slate, write four 'Yam Nan', and face them towards the northwest. Draw a Wind God riding on a Shavala on paper, write 'Yam' in the heart, surround it with the Wind God and its wind, write 'Khuk Dzah Stambhaya Nan', perform invocation and absorption many times, and then put the paper face down in the right shoe and wear it. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Furthermore, when wind arises, stomp the right foot on the ground and utter curses. After the rain has fallen, raise the linga (symbolic phallus), and untie the silk knot. Gather Mount Meru (the sacred mountain in Buddhist cosmology). By doing so, the wind will also be suppressed. These two methods of suppressing the wind are the instructions of Lho-brag Nam-mkha' rGyal-mtshan. The latter is the oral teaching of 'Bri-gung Rin-chen Phun-tshogs of the venerable Ratna. However, seeing it as profound, I combined it with the necessary conditions for the secret moon rain (zla gsang char 'bebs), thinking there should be no conflict, so 'Bri-gung Chos-grags wrote these down. Iti. Mangalam! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
