Surrounded by the five elements, contained within the center of various vajras, it is capable of protecting against all obscurations of faults. Vajra Dakini performs peaceful actions, likewise Ratna Dakini accomplishes enriching activities, Padma Dakini performs subjugating and wrathful actions, each swiftly entrusted with their respective tasks. The Garuda, a manifestation of merit, with its heart blood, bones, sinews, and flesh, combined with great medicine, musk, pure water, Acorus calamus, and Terminalia chebula mixed into pills, empowered by the essence mantra, causes any demon or obstacle it strikes to flee in terror. Especially for those with heart ailments from nāgas, malevolent spirits, and earth lords, this forceful method is like a thunderbolt of celestial iron. Samaya! For hysteria, swellings, flames, wheels of fire, and unrecognizable demons and obstacles, it pierces their hearts. Samaya! From the heart of Vajravarahi, a blue Hūṃ (hūṃ， बीज，hūṃ，seed syllable) radiates forth, Vajravarahi's heart manifests as Simhamukha (Lion-faced Dakini) in front, visualize and add the root mantra, appending the mantra at the end: ཨཿཀཿསཿམཿརཿཙཿཤཿདཿརཿ སཿམཿརཿཡཿཕཊ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari, oṃ kāḥ saḥ māḥ raḥ caḥ śaḥ ḍaḥ raḥ saḥ māḥ raḥ yaḥ phaṭ, oṃ kāḥ saḥ māḥ raḥ caḥ śaḥ ḍaḥ raḥ saḥ māḥ raḥ yaḥ phaṭ, Om Kah Sah Mah Rah Tsa Sha Dah Rah Sah Mah Rah Yah Phat). Empowered by the wrathful white mustard seed mantra, it protects and repels, unparalleled. Combine the white mustard seed mantra-empowered substance with the syllable 'ཟ་' (za), for minor curses, evil spirits, harmful spirits, flesh-eating demons, etc., it severs whatever is needed, it is the king of subjugation, wrathful qualities arise in the navel chakra. Samaya! For those fortunate enough to enter the mandala of Padma Thötreng (Lotus Skull Garland), blazing with wisdom, it is a method to preemptively avert harm from oath-breaking spirits. Heruka, the glorious wheel of bliss and protection, whose activity manifestation is Yaksha, the fire flame, dark blue-black, with two hands holding a hammer and sparks, visualize as a wrathful and fierce form radiating Hūṃ (hūṃ， बीज，hūṃ，seed syllable) light, recite the root mantra and append the ending mantra, empower the saliva of the eight classes of spirits with the wrathful mantra, if celestial iron objects and inauspicious omens appear, consume the mixed substance, it is a sharp weapon piercing the hearts of oath-breakers, a pith instruction as sharp as a razor. Cherish the heart essence and keep it secret, if spread widely, one will suffer harm from oath-breaking spirits, protect it as you would your life, it is the pith instruction of the wise. Samaya! Residing in the palace blazing with wisdom, for the fortunate ones who follow with karma, their activities are the wealth of the heart essence of the Ratna family, each one is a method to eliminate many bad circumstances. To the followers and manifestations of the Padma longevity method, grant, entrust, and guard, Samaya! 在吉祥月（གྱི་ཟླ་གམ་དབང་གི་ད་ལ་ནས）的开始，智慧空行母（ཡེ་ཤེས་མཁའ་འགྲོས）赐予。 此乃广大的教敕汇集者（རྒྱ་ཆེན་བཀའི་བསྡུ་བ་པོ），由铭记于心的挚友莲花空行（པདྨ་མཁའ་སྤྱོད）所劝请，在吉祥之中，上师持明（རིག་འཛིན་བླ་མ）与诸天神（ལྷར་བཅས）恒常不离的殿堂（ཁང་བཟང་），于开阔的法界景象（ཆོས་མཐོང་བའི་སྐབས་ཡངས་པའི་དཀྱིལ་ནས）中。 安住于大圆满（རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ）的空性之中，不离此境界的瑜伽士（རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་）空明心髓（ཀློང་གསལ་སྙིང་པོས）清净地记录下来。
