Divide the center into nine parts, and in the center write ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, meaning: seed syllable). Write eight ཏྲཱཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: त्राम्, Romanized Sanskrit: trāṃ, meaning: seed syllable) in the eight directions, with the head of the syllable facing inward. On the first circle, with the head of the syllable facing outward, write: 'Om Buddha Loka Lokita Rati Rata Ga Hya Chakra Sarva Ghana Guhya Gutha Hri Ya Sha Sa Sa Shi Nan Nan Duri Duri Zhala Zhala Svaha'.
