The Great Treasure TD1764: རྭ་སྲུང་ཟབ་མོ་བླ་མ་རྒྱ་ཕུར་བུའི་གཏེར་མ་བཞུགས་སོ། ། (Ra srung zab mo bla ma rgya phur bu'i gter ma bzhugs so) (Profound Horn Protection: The Treasure of Lama Gyaphur). སྲུང་བའི་ལས་སྣ་ཚོགས། རྭ་སྲུང་། (Srung ba'i las sna tshogs Ra srung) (Various protective activities, horn protection). རྭ་སྲུང་ཟབ་མོ་བླ་མ་རྒྱ་ཕུར་བུའི་གཏེར་མ་བཞུགས་སོ། ། (Ra srung zab mo bla ma rgya phur bu'i gter ma bzhugs so) (Profound Horn Protection: The Treasure of Lama Gyaphur). སྲུང་བའི་ལས་སྣ་ཚོགས། རྭ་སྲུང་། (Srung ba'i las sna tshogs Ra srung) (Various protective activities, horn protection). རྭ་སྲུང་ཟབ་མོ་བླ་མ་རྒྱ་ཕུར་བུའི་གཏེར་མ་བཞུགས་སོ། ། (Ra srung zab mo bla ma rgya phur bu'i gter ma bzhugs so) (Profound Horn Protection: The Treasure of Lama Gyaphur). ལྕགས་སྡོང་མའོ། ། (lcags sdong ma'o) (Iron Tree). For this horn protection instruction, the substances to gather are: antelope blood, pig blood, womb blood, dog blood, horse blood, human blood, white bodhicitta, potent nectar, fierce poison, horn poison, gladiolus, musk, black sweet flag, risho ba, black guggul, black catechu. If using these substances for repulsion, then either fumigate or apply. If swelling or inflammation occurs, also apply. If carrying a corpse, tie it to the lungs. If contending with Bonpos, place a fish-eye-sized amount into the bellies of eight thousand three hundred fish. If nagas and earth lords cause harm, apply it to the seven doors. If hail is falling, pour the aforementioned substances into the skull of a leper, and in a fierce place, within a triangular hearth, build a triangular structure of thorny poisonous wood, and drip leper's blood upon it. The horns are those of yak and goat. Hail will come like a mountain collapsing. This is gathered from the lineage of the Sky Iron Naga Subduer and the lineage of the Fierce Wrathful Heart. The combination of four Sky Iron Urmos includes eight poisons: 'Sos byed ser po' (གསོད་བྱེད་སེར་པོ།), 'Bse zho' (བསེ་ཞོ།), 'Za byed nag po' (ཟ་བྱེད་ནག་པོ།), 'Bong nga' (བོང་ང་།), 'Ha la' (ཧ་ལ།), 'Btsan dug' (བཙན་དུག), 'Kha rta ra' (ཁ་རྟ་ར།), 'Dbyi mong' (དབྱི་མོང་།), 'Smyo byed se ta ra' (སྨྱོ་བྱེད་སེ་ཏ་ར།), 'Thang phrom' (ཐང་ཕྲོམ།), 'O ma can' (འོ་མ་ཅན།), 'Thar nu' (ཐར་ནུ།), 'Ra dug pa' (ར་དུག་པ།), and 'Re lcag pa' (རེ་ལྕག་པ་དང་བརྒྱད་དོ།), making eight in total. Eight bloods: Padma Rakta (པདྨ་རཀྟ།), 'Dme khrag' (དམེ་ཁྲག), horse blood, dog blood, leper's blood, 'Ti Mug nag po'i khrag phag pa' (གཏི་མུག་ནག་པོའི་ཁྲག་ཕག་པ།), black dzo blood, and human blood, making eight in total. Eight meats: human, horse, snake, frog, fish, scorpion, peacock, and dog meat, making eight in total. Eight scents: musk, great fat, black guggul, wood aroma, garlic, musk, sweet flag, and nectar, making eight in total. Medicine relies on the body; it is armor. In the realm of gods, humans, and nagas, there is no protection deeper than this. Even a king cannot find it. Therefore, be diligent in this. Thus it was said, granted to the master. The oral instruction is the master's spoken advice. Offered after presenting a mandala flower. Thus it was said. Namo Guru (ན་མོ་གུ་རུ།). Gyaphur extracted it from the treasure of Lhodrak Bumthang Kyerchen. This Sky Iron Urmo protection has three oceans: an ocean of blood, an ocean of poison, and an ocean of nectar medicine. In the ocean of blood, the three indispensable bloods are: human blood, horse blood, and black dzo blood. The substitute for human blood is the foul-smelling blood of one killed by a knife. The substitute for black dzo is yak. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Raven's blood. Black horse dung mixed with black donkey's blood. All black blood mixed with mule's blood. The three animals are raven, pig, and dog. For protection against poison, use the three poison preventatives: *kyi lce ba*, *ri sho ba*, and *re lcag pa*. Black mustard, black vitriol, and black benzoin—these three can defend against all poisons. The three indispensable elixirs are: the excrement and urine of a great meditator, and red and white bodhicitta. To protect them, use the excrement, urine, and *thig le* of a boy with complete consciousness. To protect the excrement, use the excrement of a capable mantra practitioner. To protect the bodhicitta, use the menstrual blood of a woman. To nourish the elixir, use the excrement and urine of a Geshe or a master who has completed the four empowerments. These are for protecting others. To protect oneself, on top of the above substances, add the menstrual blood of a woman who has not been with a husband, the *thig le* of a boy who has not been with a woman, and the urine of a celibate practitioner—these three. On top of these, add *ldong ros*, black henbane, black vitriol, black benzoin, corpse blood, antelope blood, the flesh of someone killed by a knife, tiger meat, fox meat, and various meats mentioned above, grind them carefully, mix them with the above substances, put them in a horn, and clamp it under the armpit. It is said to be able to overcome evil places and mischievous spirits, as well as all diseases. There are many other benefits, which are not written here. If there is a conflict with Bonpos, to retaliate, make a one-cubit-high black stupa, dig a hole at its base, write his name on paper, nail it with a thorny stake, put it in the skull of someone without descendants, and press it under your bed. This will overcome all the bad things he has done and retaliate against him. The uncommon self-protection is complete. A thi (藏文), Sa ma ya (藏文), Kha tham (藏文). The method to please the Five Deities: vulture fat, yak fat, musk, five precious jewels wrapped in monkey fat, put in a horn. Write the *Tendrel Nyingpo* (dependent arising essence) on the outside of the horn. This will please the Five Guiding Deities. To make the horn sound, use pig fat, black butter, human fat, muskrat dung, otter dung. Pour one drop of red rooster blood into it. Mix these with clarified butter and boil them in a pot. Then apply it to the outside of the horn. Making the horn sound is very important. This is the complete mother-son transmission. This mixture of poison and blood has three seas: a sea of blood, a sea of poison, and a sea of mixed poison and blood. The sea of blood is to collect all the blood that can be found into a yak horn. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
